Desperate if this is the case, and just doesn’t make sense. You give MR and AV long new deals then surely to give them what they want coaching set up wise. Its true Lawrence is going as it stands
Its true MR isnt happy with January but thats clear for all to see
The rest i havent heard anything about
How do we know Lawrence wants to stay though? Could be the exact same situation as ohareDesperate if this is the case, and just doesn’t make sense. You give MR and AV long new deals then surely to give them what they want coaching set up wise.
I know how highly thought of DL is.
Or that the contract is just being worked out and will be offered later? How do we know Lawrence wants to stay though? Could be the exact same situation as ohare
Can you elaborate on the situation with Lawrence as it simply doesn’t make sense to me ? Is it Money? I am presuming it’s the last thing Robins wants ?Its true Lawrence is going as it stands

It appears that wayWhat?
are we just making stuff up now?
Mentioned that he was carrying a bit of extra weight and that's where I'd spotted it.Did anyone watch city unseen against Maidstone? Dasilva had his shirt off and looks overweight.

Oh give it a rest, it was 6 weeks ago that heartless team scored 3 in the last 12 minutes to beat LeicesterRobins keeps saying there is a strong bond. That said i think there is a massive difference in heart and desire between Mcfadzean Kelly Eccles, Bidwell, Allen, Godden (before this season) and the likes of MVE, Thomas, Binks, Simms Wright and Da Silva. Not saying the latter group are not trying or anything like that, they seem solid pros, but the former group seemed to go above and beyond for the shirt and bleed Sky Blue which no doubt was also the case on the training pitch.
None of this would of happened if
Mcfadzean was still here
10 man Leicester....Oh give it a rest, it was 6 weeks ago that heartless team scored 3 in the last 12 minutes to beat Leicester

They didn't need bearing then10 man Leicester....
Not going to get over excited at beating a side with 10 men then being utter dog shite for a over a month afterwards, which frankly we have been. Our results since Leicester have flattered us.They didn't need bearing then

Particularly, since Sheaf’s injury…Not going to get over excited at beating a side with 10 men then being utter dog shite for an over a month afterwards, which frankly we have been. Our results since Leicester have flattered us.
I think we've take a dip and will come good again. It's happened a few times over the last couple of years. Getting Sheaf back is crucial. We can't give up on a top six place but a good result against Rotherham will perhaps kick start things again.Win the next two and it's all sweetness and light again, people will be saying 'it's on' and will fawn over City Unseen videos with mario cart content saying what a tight group we have.
Not saying we win the next two, or that if we do we can make play-offs (don't think we will), but things can turn quickly.
People need to chill out, but that doesn't mean we can't criticise selection decisions etc. We're in a decent position as a club. There will be some downs, so just need to ride out this dip.
Losing Sakamoto has ended the play off hopes. He was invaluable and a terrific player, my player of the season. Need a proper back up/competiton for him. Poku at Peterboro would a tremendous signing.I think we've take a dip and will come good again. It's happened a few times over the last couple of years. Getting Sheaf back is crucial. probably makes more sense now after recent weeks hearing unrest behind the scenes with non playing staff.in the summer if not before we will see coaching staff leave , staff who have been instrumental over the past years
robins trying his best to ensure this doesnt happen
Adi being one. hes not happy with work rate of players in training. the new players feel its too much where the old guard are accustomed to it
lawrence also not happy with how things are going at the present moment
im sure if saddle asks his contact , hell back this up

Heard a rumour that Robins is on his way.Well, well, well…
He called it 4 months ago.
Fair play, you got this one right on the money. Trouble is, with your sketchy track record, it’s hard to take everything you say seriously.

Interesting reading this in particular retrospectively - given the comments from the performance director about measuring of rest & recovery - and we all know our injury & rehab record over the last decade or so has been questionable.Adi being one. hes not happy with work rate of players in training. the new players feel its too much where the old guard are accustomed to it
Is this evidence of an old school mentality where we are placing too much training load on players?

All of this is just a businessman evolving the structure of the club and believing that changes are needed to get the club where he wants it to be! This happens every day in organisations and large companies, so this shouldn’t come as a shock or theories of it all falling apart. These 2 will have new ideas, new techniques and methods which will all fall in with the Technical Director’s objectives. Enjoy the ride guys, don’t fear change. Ade will have gone with the clubs and our best wishes.Interesting point
