You are thinking too much into it. He was thinking of leaving last season. DK wants his own team in and has set his stall out to the fans, so he needs to deliver, and if he feels that the current set up will not achieve the dizzy heights of the Prem, then things change. That is football all over and what I will say is that “should we not achieve what is expected this season coming, eg play offs min” then MR will be looking over his shoulder.Somethings up. You don’t give that sort of low key article for someone who has made as much impact as Viveash.

Interesting reading this in particular retrospectively - given the comments from the performance director about measuring of rest & recovery - and we all know our injury & rehab record over the last decade or so has been questionable.
Is this evidence of an old school mentality where we are placing too much training load on players?
Or we want to revamp our ideas and try something new. Last season was a disappointment in the league. There's not really any positives from losing 2 coaches because new more expensive players are a bit workshy .
Unfortunately
My thoughts also. Not saying this is the case but it is a possibility. Perhaps Viveash just needs a new challenge?
One thing we know he has gone. Not the first to leave the club or the last.
Yea just deleted as I saw a response that made sense .. not taking today too wellOr we want to revamp our ideas and try something new. Last season was a disappointment in the league.
Or they could have a break clause baked in?He has 3 years left on his contract - I would assume we have paid that off and he hasn't resigned
Tbf have to give credit when one comes off!
The thing is we always finished a season strongly (until last year, and players not up to pace and cup run could excuse that) so I'd always thought our fitness training was a strength.

I would assume, like most exits under contract there will be a negotiated severance by both parties. Not necessarily the whole contract paid up. With the usual legals around it for both parties re disclosures etc.,
you called it.probably makes more sense now after recent weeks hearing unrest behind the scenes with non playing staff.in the summer if not before we will see coaching staff leave , staff who have been instrumental over the past years
robins trying his best to ensure this doesnt happen
Adi being one. hes not happy with work rate of players in training. the new players feel its too much where the old guard are accustomed to it
lawrence also not happy with how things are going at the present moment
im sure if saddle asks his contact , hell back this up
I think he has been fired
You've been ordering the taxi for the wrong personI think he has been fired
Lot’s of fair posts and comments. So many posts, in such a short period of times, addressing fans concerns - feels like a PR exercise to me.In fairness, fitness is no longer the role of the coach. That's why clubs employ strength and conditioning people, nutritionists. Players are given end of season plans and diets. They are expected to return fit. That's why now the first week of training isn't cross country runs and running up hills.
It's a series of tests and measurements like standing jumps, explosive power, sprints etc., Players fitness will be tailored on an individual level rather than a group level.
Developing elite athletes is a complete science these days.
I fear war in Europe.Well, well, well…
He called it 4 months ago.
Fair play, you got this one right on the money. Trouble is, with your sketchy track record, it’s hard to take everything you say seriously.
NoDo you think it’s anything to do with him sleeping with one of the back room staff

I will leave it in your lap. I either read the situation with a calm head based on years of experience. Or you can promote me to the top of your ITK League Table?
Can’t say that yetIf Adi has not left of his own volition, then this to my mind is the worst footballing decision I think the club has made in a long time. At the end of every match, Adi is often seen having a laugh with the opposition players who he has come across in his long career. Players love him and have said so on numerous occasions. Our team spirit has been exceptional and Adi has been a massive part of that.
Read the interviews with the Evening Telegraph. Here is a man players would run through a brick wall for.
Maybe he has had a better offer and if so, he leaves with an awesome reputation intact.
I hope Adi has moved on to better things, because if this is some DK footballing (ho ho) decision, it is a major mistake..
A lot of whataboutery about this today
Granted it isn't great news, he's been a lynchpin of our rise. But things move on. Adi is old skool, Some players didn't like his methods but that's by the bye, we are trying to be as good as can be off the pitch aswell as on.
.The training methods no longer had the desired affect
.Relationships weren't there anymore
. Robins would have had to OK, it because Doug knows full well if he did anything at all to lead to us losing Robins, he would lose this fanbase in a second
I'm a Doug sceptic it's well known, but this had absolutely nothing to do with him
Oh the irony of that last sentence …..Hopefully the real reason why Adi has left will come out soon, preferably from the man himself or maybe from MR, who hopefully will appear in public again sooner rather than later.
In the absence of 'the reason', people will speculate and shoot off wild rumours, and that isn't healthy for the club at all.
Wonder if Adi was the source of the ITKs (directly or indirectly) ?

It's clearly not knee jerk given the timing and announcements, so think we need to trust Doug. Doug is shaking up the club to move us forward.
We now know the state of the coaching infrastructure was shocking, and Doug is fixing Ryton. Nobody is bemoaning that change are they. Fixing the coaching staff to be the best is critical too.
Sorry, but you don't just keep Adi because he gets on with some players. Our model is clearly to get in young players, develop them and then either get to the PL or sell them on. We have to have the right things in place to develop players, and to attract them here in the 1st place.
Do you think it’s anything to do with him sleeping with one of the back room staff
Or both.or player
