Don’t need tickets for today luckily but just trying to get tickets for another game that are next to our Tickets.

I went to the butts on Monday to get one for my son the printer was broke so have me a receipt and said we will post it out still not arrived.
They are totally incompetent.
Sorry people can stick up for them all they want and say why not buy on gate or go to ticket office well have you seen how long they take in that office another half hour wasted.

Nobody's fault if the printer is broken.

In my experience, the ticket office staff are far from incompetent.
