He'll be thinking all all self congratulatory thoughts this week, with Joys "Tim's doing a good job" line running through his head.
Well done Tim, well done.:jerkit:
Joy certainly thinks Timothy is doing a good job. SISU has been her baby since 1998 IIRC. She has always stayed in the background other than court cases and let her cronies run things. Now she has finally come out and has started speaking. Timothy has gone quiet. Maybe he is on his way out. Just like the others that fucked up like sitting with the manager.

I think Joy genuinely believes he has done a good job for her. He has had a tough corner to fight from.
But you are right she only makes key appearances ie court. So I think it is fair to say things are not going well or to plan. She realises he needs support. Her interview showed she knew fans had seen through certain things and admitted them ie I want the freehold or nothing.
Then she went for empathy, I am a Christian, I shepherd money, I feel for the fans to them it's like a religion.
Then she went for sympathy...the way ACL and CcC treated me I feel like I was continually beaten up.
Well if you build a reputation for hardball, the Queen of debt, having balls of steel, a Judge alluding to the fact you lied, getting find heavily as an organisation for non payment of tax, having a JR rejected for your actions were illegal...don't expect me to give her a tissue.
Fans believe me for all their tough reputation, bluster, smugness, they are not winning this war. You can mock the fans on the hill. You can blame others who stay away as apathetic.
But Coventry City FC has turned into Vietnam for SiSU. They are desperately treading water on the promise of a new stadium hoping ACL will buckle, fans will buckle, or someone will come in and offer a Sicily price for what they have got.
Yes I'm sure you could argue that there isn't a good atmosphere. But, my point is about negative atmosphere's, not good atmosphere's, which, incidentally, was rarely achieved at The Ricoh.
