Anyone who wants to go to the first 'home' game at Northampton, buy tickets for the away end to show that they don't consider Northampton to be their home ground.
Problems to be had for sure, but in theory it is a very good idea I think.
If it had legs I would suggest that messages are posted up on the opponents' message boards to try and galvanise support and sympathy.
As I say, logistic problems, but it would send a clear message to the owners and it could be maybe even done for the first game only just to make a statement.
why dont every fan that goes to the regular home games just turn up at the ricoh arena , get in touch with somebody who can play the match on CWR over a loud speaker and just protest that way, seems a more sensible peaceful way than alot of other suggested ways
But those three last points are completely missing the point unfortunately.
Some fans WILL go and this is aimed at those fans who are going anyway. They have already decided they are going. They have already decided they are going to put pennies in Sisu's pockets.
How else can they go up and show they are against the move besides shouting Sisu out, which wouldn't help the players one little bit?
otis, didnt you pay upfront for two years of season tickets? I'm sure i recall something like that, just wondering how that affected you and anyone else in the same boat.
why dont we take as many as possible there and just sit on the hill by the stadium and watch the match from there. if we take more than 10000 then sisu would be charged more for policing. out of them 10000 sisu expect 3000 so there could be 7000 city fans doing nothing but looking menacing next to a retail.park

I understand Otis point. I dont think that will work because of mixing fans together just doesnt work. I think a turnout at the Ricoh on the first home game in good numbers would get the publicity we would need.
