Said as much on the match threads, he has been good so far at ratting back and knicking the ball. Improving all the time and will look way better with Sheaf.Well…
That screamer on debut vs. Wednesday though....
Looks like he's really starting to find his feet in the championship, I think he'll get better and better with more game time. When Sheaf is back it will give him more chance to play as he'll have top notch support.Been excellent so far, really really classy player
Would love him to shut people up who claim he's 'simply not quick or physical enough for this level'
I don't see that at all thought he played really well today!Looks like he's really starting to find his feet in the championship, I think he'll get better and better with more game time. When Sheaf is back it will give him more chance to play as he'll have top notch support.
Can’t exactly complain at that particular booking though. He was sailing close to the wind today after knobhead booked him though!
Eccles was the worst of midfield 3 today? Not that it.makes him bad but I wouldn't be looking to drop torp anytime soonSounded like he was more at it today? But I still think it will be Sheaf, Eccles and Rudoni as our first choice midfield three.

Eccles was man of the match in many eyes today . ?Eccles was the worst of midfield 3 today? Not that it.makes him bad but I wouldn't be looking to drop torp anytime soon

Lol here we go hes one of our own blah blah blahI have heard that before about Eccles,
then people look at the stats? He stopped a certain goal in the first half.
The player that exists in some people's heads isn't the player that is on the pitch. He just does so much dirty work for us. Graft that fly's under the radar!
Not for meEccles was man of the match in many eyes today . ?

He played his best game of the season so far today, but he's still got a way to go, he was blowing out of his arse half way through the second half, and could of picked up a second yellow at any minute, he also could possibly of done better for the equaliser when he was caught ball watching. (I'm not saying he was at fault, but could of done better)Been excellent so far, really really classy player
Would love him to shut people up who claim he's 'simply not quick or physical enough for this level'
He has definitely got something as it showed today in spells , just needs to do it more regularlyMuch better today. Missed a lot of pre season and it showed later on but encouraging nonetheless

We may not expect the 40 yard balls Or killer passes, but they were a few on show today,Eccles does the not so glamorous role. he runs, he tackles and that’s it. he does a job. passing can be misplaced at times but he does a job. we don’t expect 40 yard balls or killer passes but he always gives 100%
He is definitely improving that side of his game and it's noticeable that he is becoming a lot more vocal tooWe may not expect the 40 yard balls Or killer passes, but they were a few on snow today,
Apart from tiring (as they all did) Eccles had another very assured gameEccles was the worst of midfield 3 today? Not that it.makes him bad but I wouldn't be looking to drop torp anytime soon
Including wearing the arm band when Lati went off.He is definitely improving that side of his game and it's noticeable that he is becoming a lot more vocal too

But he has a great range of passing, and he's still improving and getting better, so I'm sure we'll stick with him.
He doesn't need to "shut anyone up" he just needs to continue to work on his fitness and strength then he'll be a real asset.
It's Saturday night Baldy, fuck off out !!!Could 'HAVE'
Yeah. I was worried he was going to get sent off. He definitely stopped himself from challenging a couple of times.Think the booking didn't help him today .. but a better performance overall by him
