To be fair, the youngsters he brought in were pretty good. Wilson, Haynes, Willis, PhillipsSP was a victim of he own philosophy. He champions bringing youngsters through the ranks and this is why is was brought in.
Unfortunately exactly the same thing will happen wherever he goes because it all starts off well enough but soon deteriorates as the realities of reducing finance kick in. If any youngster is any good they will be immediately sold and he will be left working with the also rans.
Results will inevitably suffer and he will be sacked to take the spotlight off the owners for lack of investment and because gates are falling.
