If they had friends or family involved I'd agree, but if a couple of grown men and professional footballers can't get through a match because of a terrorist attack in their home country, while living and working in a different country, I'd fine them a weeks wages.

But yeah like above said they are professionals and paid to do a job and with no family members or close friends in it you would expect them to play.
