Haven't seen it mentioned, he was very lucky I think as if he had delayed it any more or the player went any further it would have been in the box.

Maybe he wants to get stuck in for Wasps as well!

He had to do it someone by me slated him for it, once the guy went past him it was the right thing to do, good booking.

Fleck tried to do the same in the move that he got booked in but missed the guy on half way and ended up taking him out 30 Yards closer to goal.

Fleck's yellow was a direct result of him trying to recover from giving the ball away

Fleck seemed determined to get a yellow. Should have had one for the first challenge, but then chased the player down and it was plainly obvious he was going to get a yellow for the second even before he went into the challenge.

You could see it happening and as he went after the player I said to myself immediately, he's going to get booked here.

He had to do it. Our best player by far sat. Never stopped working for the team.

No I know he had to do it, it reminds me of Reda against Bury when he gave that pen away.

Totally agree, as he run towards him I turned to my son and said yellow card coming up. The question is why was he so determined to get booked, had he lost his rag or is there something else??

Needless yellow card IMO, bit like DMG away at Stevenage just before he left. taking shirt off after scoring the last goal.

Or am I reading way too much into it???

I said exactly the same about both incidents and in full agreement about the 'worth', sometimes of a booking.

Couldn't agree more, as soon as he missed the first attempt to foul him, the haze had hit him and he was determined to take him out no matter what.

I would think that TM has looked at the games coming up and told Fleck when to get booked to get it out of the way! i believe he has been holding back his performance so as not to get booked and miss the key games. i would hope it was tacticle
