Just think where we would be if had changed the formation when some of us pointed it out in the first place

In all seriousness, we look so much more dangerous. Wright and Sakamoto have been a revelation. A decent striker and we'll blow a lot of championship teams away.

Two of those draws being against Leeds and Southampton. Our only loss being against Ipswich away and given that we missed a penalty, was another game we could’ve got points from.

All hail MR, the tactical genius who can turn seasons around by changing system completely. I remember the exact game in L1, a turgid game against Fleetwood losing 1-0 at the break and we switched to 3-4-2-1 from 4-3-3.

I still honestly think Simms could be that guy, he just needs more time. It takes some people longer to adapt than others to a new environment, not just on the pitch, but home life as well. It's different being on loan for a season as you know it's temporary. Permanently switching cities and trying to learn, and bring your A game must be tough.
