There is a poll on ICCOVENTRY

Asking why we have such a bad away record

Wrong formation
bar_1.gif
3.5%
Poor tactics
bar_2.gif
8.2%
No luck
bar_3.gif
10.5%
Just not good enough
bar_4.gif
77.8%

It seems on this poll (so far anyway) that the readers don't seem to be attributing the blame on AT. Otherwise surely they would be poor tactics as the overwhelming choice.

I think the truth is that its all of those factors above and some additional ones too. Then people picked up on the run and suddenly you can add character, mental strength and belief to that list too. However, we are now more experienced and better equipped imo to remove that monkey from our back. Whether we manage to achieve a victory who can say, but I think we set up better, with better tactics, better players and just a little lady luck on our side I'm sure can turn things around. I think the key is whether we set up to win or set up not to lose.

i agree its a mixture of all of the above plus an inexperienced manager. I think you can add a young, inexperienced squad also.

Indeed. A chuckle-worthy poll.

Home form: 1.5 points-per-game average; +5 goal difference.
Assessment: Thorn's managerial brilliance.

Away form: 0.26 points-per-game average; -22 goal difference.
Assessment: SISU's fault for providing a subpar squad.
