They also appear to be very defensive at the very mention of us & circle the wagons to reassure each other that they are squeaky clean and everything is 100% our fault.
Question which not many may know the answer to- what proportion of their support actually comes from the City? I fucked off quite a few people who were from Cov when they turned insect, but that doesn't obviously represent their whole fanbase. That's because they believe everything they are told every time.

Was he proud of that? Alienating their historical fans. ScumThink their bloke tried to make out it was over 90% when they first moved, going to big games. I think? (CV Postcode)
The club revealed that 73 per cent of the unique ticket purchasers were from local CV and B postcodes and Eastwood has been delighted with the amount of local supporters who are coming out to watch Dai Young's side.
Did Neil get back to you? been over a week now hasn't it?
It's not just Coventry where Wasps are having a negative impact. Their recent move to Warwickshire College's training pitches in Henley-in-Arden are also robbing a community of top quality facilities. Exactly what would have happened to Higgs if they had taken it over as a training base. Not to forget that they took over Broadstreet RFC's facilities.
Reputation/branding carries a lot of clout and I think so long as they keep providing things that some people in the community benefit from e.g. regional netball academies, that will distract people from their real prioritiesThey are experts at managing public perceptions, they don't want people to know and generally they don't.
That needs to change
Might be fun on their board's just now.
He’s well liked isn’t he? And highly though ofHopefully your man getting sacked doesn't galvanise them into getting results.
Another season or 2 of them at the foot of the table should surely spell the end for them.

Someone tweeted this & as I don’t live in Coventry I wondered if it’s more bullshit or is their a grain of truth to it.
It was in response to someone asking what benefit Wasps provided to the citizens of Coventry (other than buying the stadium).
They have provided jobs, set up numerous rugby initiatives around Cov and Warwickshire. Juniors, U23 team, medical, Cov College academy including degree opportunities. Given local juniors the chance of a rugby career, work with Cov RFC in defined areas. A proactive rugby club .
Anyone help debunk or confirm...

In the papers I see the Rugby Union governing body are talking about reducing the grant they give to their Championship and below clubs by 50%,which is going to have implications for clubs like Cov rugby. You could say the same about Coventry Rugby.
