Where the fuck is he?

Hes been in photos at training for the last 4 weeks? Surely if you're fit enough to be training for a month you're fit enough to be in the squad at least?

He's got a bad shoulder injury. A player like him who acts like a target man, cannot play with a weak shoulder. He'd be injured within 10 minutes.

In Robins interview with the Moose, he mentioned he had a calf strain that put him back, however he’s due back in full training this week!

we need him fit as well!

It was being considered for him to have an op which I’d expect would have him being on the injury list for a long time think he is back in training so let’s hope it works. fingers crossed.

One of those players who gets better every week he doesn't play. Was criticised like Dabo, Godden, O'Hare are now when he was playing.

Maybe because we've been pretty naff since he's been injured. It's easy to see why people are looking forward to him returning.

Yes but I don't think the change in form is because of Waghorn's absence. I am not opposed to him by the way but his presence would turn things round in itself

It's funny when Waghorn was fit, the grumblings were starting about his lack of goals..He is so important for us as is being proven. He is a totally different player to Godden and Walker who are goalscoring ( in theory) strikers and does the dirty work..QPR away was a great example of losing our shape when Robins took Waghorn off.

I think the change in Gyokeres' form is due to Waghorn's absence. After a couple of games getting used to each other he seemed the perfect foil.

I just don't get the love in for Waghorn tbh? I'm not against the player but everyone here is looking for excuses to our drop in form and Gyko's loss of goals. It happens and we have had some mighty test these last few games. A point at Bournemouth and Sheffield were big deals. A narrow loss to a blatant hand ball to W.Brom also not the end of the world.
We will be OK and the goals will come back for Gyko.
It's a long hard season and we will see Waghorn and Walker and for that matter Jones all contribute their bit I'm sure of that.

You know how it goes the less they play the better they get...altho I do feel Gyo plays better with Waggy

Maybe try playing Waggy, Gyo and Godden together in a 443 formation. Might be a better experiment than Dabo at CB...

I've said this before but i think Waghorn with any of the other 3 depending on fitness or form is the way to go, he's a similar player to Cyril Regis in that he won't score many himself but he creates so much space for his partner.
