Is there a chance they could actually be bailed out?
Not me, no. I may have commented about the fact that they could be docked many, many points (as Sarries were a couple of seasons ago) but not be relegated due to the current moratorium on it.Also, I have a feeling that if admin is on the horizon, they may start the season before they try to squirm out of debts/bond (hence kicking down the road) as if they do, apparently the "rugby" punishment of demotion cannot be applied once the season starts (think Kneeza posted that).....
I think the points deduction would be 35 at least. I am not sure that relegation for financial impropriety can be entirely ruled out in these particular circumstances. It is still a sanction in RFU regulations and would address the issue the Premiership has in that their are 13 teams, not 12, in that league. When such a sanction could apply depends on when an insolvency event occurs. They have already pushed it back beyond release of the fixtures and will almost certainly have pushed it beyond the first match of the season, two key dates unless it can be shown they have manipulated things. Not me, no. However, if the RFU were to regrow the bollocks it once had when they sent Richmond and London Scottish, and later, Rugby Lions and London Welsh to the bottom of the pond for financial miscreance, then maybe it could happen.
This of course relies on the RFU both having the stones and the will to drop one of its favourite children - so very unlikely. The other clubs were seen as hindrances. Wasps seem to be part of the unimpeachable golden family.

Here's their reply on the non payment of tax. (Couresty of Bobby)
One comment sticks out... "robust business model"!
This is spot on
There’s no way Wasps can pin this as ‘SISU lies and mind games’
This is about as serious as it can get for them
Only thing is, they have a new set of "fans" who are in powerful and influential positions.... unfortunately, it is all about them....This response is probably pretty close to the mark too
How many times are they going to try this rubbish. Every few months we hear about how the arena is busier than ever and record breaking amounts of business but they still lose millions.“We have a robust business model with a busier than ever order book for concerts, conferences, exhibitions and other events which will see us prosper into the future”
As long as you don't need them to maintain or properly prepare it in time for you...

Not sure there's a single concert currently scheduled is there so that parts bollocks to start off with.
This is bat shit crazy talk from London wasps….Here's their reply on the non payment of tax. (Couresty of Bobby)

Christmas bingo though, don't know why anyone is worried that will be a huge money spinner. The events seem increasingly like events you get in your local town hall or uni rather than an exhibition space, things like job fairs. The order book looks pretty empty looking at that.

Lieing in their filed accounts now!!??
Isn't this guy one of the ones who was behind all the parody accounts? Part of the trust or involved in the council (parodies) lot who were posting some weird stuff?Only thing is, they have a new set of "fans" who are in powerful and influential positions.... unfortunately, it is all about them....
Another one on twitter with some extremely bizarre rants, all pro wasps. He certainly pops up when needed.
Same pattern as the others, vanishes, rarely says much then over drive for wasps.
If you look at their posting history, they seem to pipe down for months then just appear in over drive when anything negative comes out about wasps.Another one on twitter with some extremely bizarre rants, all pro wasps.
Looking at his Insta, I've got numerous friends in common, including a poster on hereIsn't this guy one of the ones who was behind all the parody accounts? Part of the trust or involved in the council (parodies) lot who were posting some weird stuff?
He does have historyLooking at his Insta, I've got numerous friends in common, including a poster on here, so don't think he's some dodgy council/Wasps burner account.
Think it's just a Bulkington thing.

Who’s Chris Hatfield? He’s always defending Wasps… blatantly been bought with a free kit and flag
Almost an anagram of ItaliahorseWho’s Chris Hatfield? He’s always defending Wasps… blatantly been bought with a free kit and flag
Got a feeling the grant for the "new atruim" (porch) may well have paid for the shop..... whilst probably some of the millions have also found their way into the debt black hole....So they can afford a new club shop but not a playing surface. ****ing scandalous.
