I've seen you say a few times that you think this is to buy time for a sale of Wasps to go through. This seems really unlikely to me based on the current state of Rugby Union in this country. Do you really think they will find a buyer in the next 28 days?

The prospectus does say that court action may/ would be required given the terms of the head lease. I would imagine that is why the council is spending tax payers money to seek legal advice. On the bondholders forum someone suggest not to worry about it as courts are generally sympathetic to mortgage holders (as the bondholders are) in such cases,Not necessarily

"We’ve got the chance to build something great here, making Wasps the best club in Europe, and I’m really looking forwards to standing back and seeing what we’ve got in five or seven years."
