We should all ask for free tickets. Wastes a bit of their admin time and then we just chuck the tickets in the bin when they arrive.
Was thinking in terms of approaching the club direct to ask for them, not ones already being handed out anyway.Don't think it is their admin time, it will be the people who are giving them out for them. Schools and sports clubs etc.

The only thing with that is that it brings your daughter and her group into it. Same as if I was to get them through mine and just bin them. They will then ask her what she thought of the game...

Sorry just read back through the thread. Some of their big names are buggering off next year (something to do with salary caps - it's all heading south for them - wish they'd take the hint), Stars leaving, crowds down, less success, less income. Vicious circle. Real shame (not)

Obviously going to impinge upon so many people and businesses at first and with the fact that some of Wasps ticket prices are quite ridiculously high, I wonder if they will suffer more, or is that just wishful thinking?
Yeah, was just thinking of the insects because Wasps prices seem very high at the top end. I would say it wouldn’t effect them because anybody with any sense is getting in for nothing, also in my mind rugger buggers are posher than us so should have more expendable income.

Just reading about a private equity firm buying into the Premiership so the 13 clubs will get 18m for 33% when that goes through in the next couple of months, if they have any sense they will ring fence that and use it to pay off part of the bonds. This also however means that they've effectively sold away 33% of their future revenues. The PE firm needs to help them increase their revenues by 33% to see them even, probably bought them and many more premiership rugby clubs a bit more time but doesn't bode well in the long term barring interest in club rugby increasing.

It will pay off about half of the bond amount. It will cause them problems though as it will remove a couple of million quid a year of central income (and income that doesn't cost them much in many respects).
