Have you got an inferiority complex, Tone? What a crock of shit. You really are a complete knob head with a superiority complex.
Why getting so offended? You asked for that one.
Have you got an inferiority complex, Tone?
Not at all. I think Grendull probably has. In my experience a superiority complex is usually a mask for an inferiority complex.
Ok so what do you deduce is the optimal amount of games to attend that you think makes it justifiable to criticise a budget that is solely funded by supporters and player sales?
Ok, I just thought it was funny as you kept asking then lost your shit when he gave you an answer. Not offended, just stating the obvious.
Anyone who thinks that someone who doesn't attend at least 70% of games is an armchair supporter or has a lack interest is a knob head with a superiority complex. Simple. If you go to one game a season you're a paying customer and therefore have earned the right to an opinion.
However many games that supporter can afford to go to or however many games that supporter can get to because of other commitments such as work or family which are more important than the club. Now do you think you can stop being a prick or alternatively just fuck off?

Hello. You seem filled with angst just for a change.
Been let out of Broadmoor for a day?
Or slightly cheesed off as the missus has made you do the weekly shop at Aldi for a change?
Ok, I just thought it was funny as you kept asking then lost your shit when he gave you an answer.
Kind of like a woman who keeps asking do I look fat in this and goes apeshit when someone answers something other than no.
Not at all. I just wanted to know how ridiculous Grendull was being. Presumably in his world if someone buys a single new car from the JLR range and they have an issue with it they're not allowed to complain as they haven't purchased 70% of the full range. That's the ridiculousness of the situation we're talking about here.
That's an absurd analogy. Of course you could complain if you had a poor match day experience at the one game you go to.
You couldn't complain about the others you didn't. If someone complains about the quality of a car they don't own and have never sat in it do you think the manufacturer would take them seriously?
Im convinced sisu will carry on over the next couple of seasons selling players and just replacing with short term contracts and loans. This strips the clubs assets and saves money whilt preparing to cut their losses and leave us without a club or ground. They will walk away. Tm will have gone and we will be heading for oblivion
Jones is an asset to be sold, he won't be here in 4 years, lets hope he stays more than one season.Which is completely different from the reality. How long was Jones' contract? Was he a free transfer?
Grendel you really are a keyboard warrior arnt you.
It's absurd but it's exactly what you were saying while feeling all superior about yourself. So it's just a mirror image of your own absurdity. What is it exactly that you're trying to compensate for in your life?
I fail to see what this has to do with any superiority. It has nothing to do with being superior it is just very basic economics.
It was you who said the club will sell Jones as if that is a fault of the club. We know that the club keeps internal fees so the only reason it does it is to self-fund.
Its a cause and effect scenario and the cause if lack of revenue to maintain a competitive situation. So people who are contributing to the effect can hardly pass judgement.
I don't really see that as a particularly controversial statement
When did I say it was the fault of the club? I'm more than aware of economics for a league one club and the fact that selling players on is part of that. I wasn't laying fault at anyone. You were clearly to busy feeling all superior about yourself to read what I was actually saying.
I actually said I'm glad the club signed him on a four year contract as at least when we sell him it will help us get a decent price for once. That's praise, not blame.
You didn't see anything at all but when your head is stuck as far up your own arse as yours is that's hardly surprising.
Now. Back to my question. What is it exactly that you're trying to compensate for in your life.
Every player in professional football is an asset to be sold aren't they?Jones is an asset to be sold, he won't be here in 4 years, lets hope he stays more than one season.

I'm not compensating for anything. You just seem very angry about something very minor. Odd really - its not me that starting frothing up and ranting is it.
The Attendance Police?Frothing? I think you're the one who started frothing when you called me a lazy armchair supporter for suggesting that Jones would be sold long before his four years contract was up. You're frothing so much that you didn't bother reading by posts and didn't notice that I was actually praising the club not slating. You then turned into some sort of self imposed attendance police. All I've done is reply to you.
Every player in professional football is an asset to be sold aren't they?
There is also a reason they won't put it in writing also isn't there?Well Reda wasn't
Jones in particular is, its pretty plain that the strategy of developing from the Academy has been largely abandoned, the strategy is now to buy scouted prospects with a bit of experience and give them first team exposure prior to selling them on. Nothing wrong with that, I just wish the management of SISU would be honest about the new direction.
I suspect SISU will launch a court case about the Academy next summer, there is a reason for insisting everything is in writing.
There is also a reason they won't put it in writing also isn't there?
Unless he thinks they can't offer anything and will just spin things from the meeting, hence asking for things in writing? There's no reason for not attending a meeting in person though.

It's strange how people don't find it weird they won't put anything in writing.
How's he going to know if he doesn't attend?
Someone else has already touched on it but given our owners litigious nature is it really that surprising?
Personally I wouldn't confirm anything in writing until there's a contract for all parties to sign. To obtain a contract agreement there must first be contract discussions, for there to be contract discussions people have to attend meetings not cancel them.
Just to bring the thread back on topic (slightly) .......... It genuinely baffles me how saying "there is enough land there for 2 academies" is a valid excuse for them to kick us out and bash sisu a bit more ......... Why don't Wasps build next to if there is enough room (there isn't).
If there is no pre-read materials when requested absolutely there is unless there is an agreement to minute and publish those minutes afterwards
