I watched most of the game on Cardiff's live feedHow far away is Jones from match fitness? Fair few saying he was still looking tentative in the last U23 game.

Jones played the full 90, seemed pacey and full of running but it's bound to take a few games to get completely back to his old self
He was always trying to get on the ball and make things happen
Also took another heavy tackle for which the opponent was booked but carried on and his confidence didn't seem affected by it
Reckon we might see him on the bench for 1st team games pretty soon
