Sources claimed the Football League is set to meet early next week to consider whether or not to approve Mr Appleton’s preferred buyer - and whether to transfer the crucial golden share for playing in the league to Otium, Holdings or another Sisu-related company.

Lets just prey that the bid is refused!!

I think they'll approve it. It's the easiest option for them. There's obviously been neglegence on their part in relation to where the GS was and who they released it to when we got relegated, omongst other oversights. They'd rather have thousands of angry football fans than a costly court case which compromises their credibility.

There's obviously hope, but I can't help but feel every party involved is desperately trying to cover their own backsides and gone for the easy option, which really, is in fitting with the history of the club in the past 20 years.

These are truely sad times.
