To be fair that would be like saying grendel represented all cov fansUrgh don’t summon that Barnsley fan.
What the fuck are you on about ? Change evolves it rarely happens with a fire sale. You've no idea what have been the negotiations with Lampard regarding bringing in his preferred backroom staff. Austin may well yet get the boot. Why did King wheel out Dean Austin at the fans forum then? Why hasn’t Austin been fucked off for wasting 40 Million with Robins then? Austin should have been out too if he was such a Robins ‘asset’.
Austin didn’t find Hamer or Gyokeres before you say. He couldn’t find his arse with both hands for that matter.
Proven Championship performer Browne . Free transfer too.Which one is this ? One lad went to forest / olympiacos on loan the other didn't want to leave ajax despite being surplus
Ok so I can't say if robins did or didn't piss off browne but surely this is just the words of saddle?Proven Championship performer Browne . Free transfer too.
Why ? It's a statement of fact. The ultimate responsibility for the signings was Robins. Nothing smart about that just factI literally haven't attributed those players to anybody , that's you trying to be smart
We missed out . Something wrong with the recruitment process . The recruitment team were Robins picks , we missed out on all 3. What does that tell you ?Ok so I can't say if robins did or didn't piss off browne but surely this is just the words of saddle?
He joined a bigger club than us
Actually if you really want to be smart because this whole narrative is genuinely boring the fuck out my head.. then the final decision is down to doug kingWhy ? It's a statement of fact. The ultimate responsibility for the signings was Robins. Nothing smart about that just fact

So I’ve heard. Didn’t he have an Allegro when he first passed his test?I haven't said this - I've been consistent throughout. Robins was a big Austin fan also and backed his recommendations from all the information I've read. This is a major additional factor which I've always emphasised
Locked the balls in the bloody OpelSo I’ve heard. Didn’t he have an Allegro when he first passed his test?
Stop replying then if you're bored shitless.Actually if you really want to be smart because this whole narrative is genuinely boring the fuck out my head.. then the final decision is down to doug king
How's that for fact
I mean , you're literally doing the exact same thing ffsStop replying then if you're bored shitless.
Fact is that whilst I have embraced a few of your opinions you are absolutely inflexible and as such impossible to hold a balanced debate with. You trawl through my posting history back to February to attempt to find a crumb to support your view.
Sad git springs to mind. Goodnight . I can't possibly waste any more of my time debating with someone who has an absolute refusal to embrace any opinion which differs from their own. I feel very sorry for you and hope that in time you can open your mind to other peoples points of view. Good luck.
Robins the man manager, Adi the tactical genius and top motivator I was told some time ago before all the sackings. I took it with a pinch of salt at the time, but it is increasingly looking if that may have been the case. Weird King praised Adi as a top-level coach then virtually said would not have him back as a coach. There’s a fair argument that Robins might not have been able to continue with or without Adi. But I can’t get past the idea that if that’s your hypothesis you give him more than 14 games to find out.
Bet that made his eyes water.Locked the balls in the bloody Opel
Literally I'm not . Conveniently you ignore my acknowledgement of the achievements of MR but refuse to àccpet that his record of the last 22 games of his tenure were a good reason for his sacking despite the fact that in this respect the majority of clubs would have done the same. This is not a statistically challenged small sample size it's fact. Performance prior to that was with 2 others who were there throughout the periods of success which you use to endorse your argument. Subsequently they were absent. In complete isolation this is abundantly obvious to an outsider but you refuse to acknowledge it in any shape or form. Your wife must have ultimate toleranceI mean , you're literally doing the exact same thing ffs
I'm not agreeing with you , and you're not agreeing with me .
And btw I didn't trawl , took me 2 seconds to find several of your opinions from last season where you seemed quite content with last season .

If king had a choice to make at the time robins or adi and he chose robins it would be very hard to bring adi back without there being any hard feelings and there is probably legals going on in the backgroundRobins the man manager, Adi the tactical genius and top motivator I was told some time ago before all the sackings. If it was Robins who sacked Adi, as claimed by King, why not have him back?
I don't get upset Evo . I've acknowledged some of your points, you concretely refuse to accept that maybe there could be an essence of truth in what someone else is saying despite a significant amount of evidence to the contrary. That's not a good trait in anyone's opinion. But if you want to stay rigid to that then you will be ultimately judged by it. This will the only post that I have ever bookmarked. I'm very happy to concede in future that my opinion was wrong if that proves to be the case . I hope that publicly on here you would do the same if the opposite is true but from what I've witnessed I sincerely doubt it.You feel sorry for me and my wife must have the ultimate tolerance
Not really necessary comments are they chris ?
I think it's silly to add the last 6 games of last season because the fact is we had a good cup run and the squad was small and couldn't sustain a playoff push in the end , added to the fact we had some tough fixtures against a couple of promoted sides and one which we had to drop 3 of pur best players due to fatigue .
If you want to add them to your argument then that's fair enough , but in truth the team were knackered and couldn't see it through .
I also feel that 14 games this season weren't enough , we already agreed to disagree on that way way back earlier on in the discussion , our points of contention are that I don't agree that it's fair to lump last seasons end in with this season, and I don't think it's fair to solely blame the recruitment on Robins because he says yes , there are multiple people involved who are paid to identify players and who are still at the club post Robins.
So what is it thats upset you chris ?

Maybe but truly we will never know
Rubbish, we do know. Robins also did will when he didn’t have Viveash. He did well under SISU and King. He had good seasons at other clubs. He did well while we didn’t have a ground, he did well all the way through no matter what until the first 14 games of this season. He’s a very good manager, and things aligned with us here meaning he became a great manager. Who knows if he can replicate that, but it is beyond any debate that the vast majority of all our success was down to him.
Is there any other far fetched rationale we can invent to try and gaslight everyone that the last 7 years were actually not down to Robins?
As back handed compliments go that's either a massive condescention or a back handed compliment. I will draw my own conclusions.I can't argue with statistical fact , but I can give a reasonable logical argument as to why things are the way they are and that's why I think it's extremely unfair to lump the end of last season onto this seasons form .
But I will argue for what I believe and maybe you just want me to agree with you who knows , but I just don't .
Chris , you've been afforded far more respect off me than your recent comments deserve and more than id give others , maybe take that as a way of believing that I respect some of what you're saying mate

Surprised its taken the ultimate rose tinted Robins spectacle wearer so long to appear. You're in noo noo land mate if you think that we didn't deteriorate rapidly without Adi and Lawrence. I'm certainly not going to waste my time debating the influence of the now gone two with you.Rubbish, we do know. Robins also did will when he didn’t have Viveash. He did well under SISU and King. I respect your opinion , maybe I took something you said too literally.,Chris you've probably made 2 or 3 remarks that would be deemed a bit unnecessary in the last few messages .
I've not bit and I've not insulted you ?
So take that as you will
I respect your opinion , maybe I took something you said too literally.,
We both want what's best for the club . That part is gone.
Hope to meet up for a beer with you one day.

This squad were going to get robins or any other manager sacked this season even if robins had 20 games we would still be averaging a point a game and it's horrible football to watchYou’ve got to look at it as three periods for me: Robins and Viveash working well (seemingly up to March this year), them not working well (March to the end of the season), then we remedy that by sacking Viveash and getting a new team in, that period 3, which was 14 games long at the end of the day. Robins may or may not have been able to manage without Viveash, but he barely had a chance to prove it either way.
Yep, a well- used strategy on here to log off or change topic when faced with an unarguable point, a few others do that too.
Fucking hell, anybody going to make it to the game today with so much depression going on and trying to outdo each other?
Are people really now moaning King got rid of Boddy are people spent so many years saying how he ruins clubs?
