Surprised no one has mentioned this yet....everyone's too busy deciding who has the biggest pair....

Anyway, well done Aaron Martin. I love reading stories like this. Footballers, quite rightly at times, get a bad airing in the media. Adam Johnson being the latest to assist those who knock the integrity of footballers.

Many of us (me included) have been unsure of Martin as a player but he was great this season before he got injured. By the look of the picture, he's back in training but well done for representing the club in the way he does and showing that not all footballers are bellends.

Nice to hear stories like this. Reminds you that not all footballers are millionaires living the high life.

Good lad Martin.

I hope he's back to fitness and back in the team soon. He's looked a completely different player this season, and I'm very pleased for him.

Well done Aaron. One of football's good guys. Hope he get back on the pitch soon as I feel he's a better option than what's out there currently. I used to teach the lad he's with in the pic. Hope he's ok and it's not too serious :-(

I personally think he should be brought onto the pitch at half time for an applause! Top bloke.

Would never have picked this

'especially in the Bell Green and Wood End area of Coventry, which has just been named the most deprived area of the country.'

can we expect a picture of lady Lucas there with a banner saying number one in the country or leading the way with the most deprived area.

On Aaron he is obviously a sensible chap who is filling his time helping people rather than behaving like an ex Sunderland footballer who has behaved like a fool.

This is a great story. Well done Aaron, keep up the good work.

Agree with Nick they should announce it at half times/before kick off. It is someone the club and its fans should be proud of.
