No credit from me. We just need to stay up and they need to go.
They cheated. Not for the 1st time, they had a unfair financial advantage over the rest of the league and they deserve their punishment.
Teams like City actually make an attempt to pay the Tax bill.
As for SISU, they deserve no credit. There's cutting costs and then there's taking the piss. They took the piss. They gambled with this club's future and its only today that it looks like they may get away with it (until next season perhaps?). They took the fans for granted and gave AT next to no-support, gagging him at fan forums while making a laughing stock of our club (Ken in the Dugout & Text-a-Sub anyone?).
Sisu gambled and it might just come off. If it does they should thank their lucky stars!!!
Could quite so easily backfired and should have backfired. they deserve no credit whatsoever for gambling with our future in my opinion.
That's not including the wages that were also saved by selling him 6-18 months before contract expiry. .
Brilliant. Just think how much money we could save if they got rid of everyone. I'm sure we could find some under 14's who'd play for free!
Context is everything.
Says the guy who ignores the context in which Thorn has had to manage this shambles of a club. Brilliant.
My biggest problems with Sisu are:
Lies (AT will have the same budget as AB, etc)
Lack of a coherant business plan (business wise we just seem to bumble along).
I have no problem with cost cutting for the long term future of the club, but just admit it and not con people into buying season tickets.
Also with money saved try at least to buy half the stadium!

Brilliant.
Just because we won away so many people are beginning to think we will stay up. The signs look good and the momentum is with us for sure, BUT IT AIN'T ALL OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SINGS.
It might not be so but do you think Freddy going has helped too?
This is ridiculous!!!! Firstly we are far from safe and are still likely to go down. Secondly, i can't believe as soon as we win two games in a row sisu are getting praised. We are in a desperate state on and off the field whether we stay up or not! This is fickleness at its most extreme.
I assume that there is an element of Devil's Advocate here and the debate is healthy if you ask me, especially in light of Rangers and Portsmouth-gate. IF we do stay up this year, I reckon SISU have got very lucky. They appear to be running the football club like a cold, hard business and we all know that a football club has far more emotional ties that that. The problem I have with them is the same problem I had months ago and that is that I don't see what is in it for them. If they're running it like a business they need to be transparent with their intentions and strategy and they are quite clearly anything but, despite claims and promises to the contrary.
Ccfcway,you are a total moron.
The sooner they are gone the better. Personally I hope every single last one of the SISU mob involved with this club are trapped in a burning building and once we have doused the fire, their charred remians should be put on display for the whole world to see.
Question...
IF we manage to stay in this division, which board has done the best this season , CCFC or LCFC ?
I don't know whether you're still playing devil's advocate

thats the great thing about a "forum", interesting that AT is getting praise for turning it around, players for improving etc, yet nothing for SISU who IF we stay up, will be in part to them getting the 2 loanees in, and we will be in a better financial position than 12 months ago

Can you please explain how we are in a better position now than a year ago, gates are down, not too many star players to cash in on, will need to get atleast some players in, accounts not presented therefore a transfer embrgo to hamper us and season ticket money spent before any have been sold.I am
