The sacking was right but timing was wrong especially if no-one was planned to come in.

He should have went at the end of the last season so a manager could have brought in his own players and set his own tactics and style.

No mate, I thought he needed to January.

But the majority, even those who did not rate him said 10 games.

Timing was crap but needed proves one thing shaw is awful so if had continued with AT we would have got no where. Shaw has to go as well

These 3 defeats we have had, they could have spent time discretely identifying their man. it would have given a bit more time to see if the 9 New players wanted to play for the bloke they signed for. Then make a decision. Not sack him then start interviewing and re-interviewing people. FFS.
Surely from the first interview and knowing someone's career history you know enough to make a decision.

It all makes you wonder whether they had a candidate lined up, who went and changed his mind at that last minute and left SISU in the lurch

Its not the fact the nobody listened. More to do with SISU saying they would have a man in place for stevenage game.

We don't really know who the last three are really still just guesses !!!
Yes we have three left now but it could still take a little while. Its not guaranteed that whoever is offered the job will accept it yet !!
Also salary negotiations is likley to be an issue !!!

If I was a football manager, CCFC would likely be bottom of the pile of places I'd send my CV. I didn't realise an atmosphere could get so toxic at a sports club. It's going to take a miracle to turn this on it's head.

Aaaarrgggghhhhmmmmmggghhnnnnnuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrffffffggggghhhhhhhh.

I went out last night. 3 Cov fans in a group of 10ish. We made a conscious effort to not talk about the club, or football at all. Didn't mention it at all. We all love the club, but it's got to the stage where it is simply too depressing. I don't want to feel like this any more.

I want a divorce, Coventry. We've tried to make it work, but there's just no good reason to stay together any longer. It's not me, it is most certainly you.

He should have been sacked last October and would have been had Deliu not been around and we behaved like a proper football club and he certainly should have been ditched when we were relegated.

We still have time for someone to turn this around. Someone to tell the players to grow up and maybe advise them that L1 footballers have never had it so good. Get on with playing as opposed to just thinking up half hearted apologies and excuses.
