Notice they say "record league attendance" which means its going to be lower than 31,407 which was the FA Cup attendance against Chelsea in 2009.
Over 31,000 then.
Shame there will be nearly 1000 empty seats with segregation.

Hate the gatekeeping shite. Course some fans went when others didn’t due to several reasons. We should be happy the club is growing. We have some right knobs in our fanbase

Capacity of the ground dropped when the bigger scoreboard was put in

You say that but Block 14/15 gained a lot of seats at the back.
Probably not as many lost though. That corner screen was a lot smaller than the new one
There must be a temp fix for the final two matches. Additional staff to check ticket/access levels and police it. The big issue I can think of is where these "seat only" ticket holders could go for refreshments, but again I think with a bit of will/brain power that could be resolved in a temp fashion.

Oh no I've only been going the last few years, do I have to hand my season ticket back?We have some right knobs in our fanbase
Have made the pointThat's a good suggestion, as for refreshments no voucher no drink or food, give out a voucher for tea and coffee at half time.
If you want to drink just pay at the bar, problem solved.
Obviously it depends on how many tickets they sell for the balcony bar hospitality.
Sky Blue Pete if you're reading this put it to the club at the next fans forum.

Sounds like the safety guys won’t say just go for it

Weird isn't it. I was there that day and the atmosphere was crap. So many plastics.Notice they say "record league attendance" which means its going to be lower than 31,407 which was the FA Cup attendance against Chelsea in 2009.
There’s some selfish fuckers out there. That’s the kind of trick my ex wife would do , manc bitch. Just throw a sicky and don’t go . For club and cityI can't make it, got a wedding I don't want to go to , who has a wedding on Good Friday when City are at home ffs

My brother got married at midday when we were home to Newcastle, I was at the wedding and left straight away for the game and got back in time for the party at 7pm. I am sure I didn't get changed in between so must have wore my jeans to his wedding. There’s some selfish fuckers out there. That’s the kind of trick my ex wife would do , manc bitch. And fair play to them. The crowds during our 87 Cup run were 16k average yet there were far more fans out there.I have been working at a building site in Brum this week, funny how they all now have BCFC badges on their helmets was none last year.....
Mind you I do get some grief with my CCFC Hi Viz.
Wish if this group makes decisions that impact the football club, they could have to publish the reasoning behind? Seems at the moment they leave the club to explain unpopular decisions like the parking and balcony which just seems unfair imoHow do they calculate what is deemed safe? There seems to be far more room per person on the balcony than there is in the concourse of the tier below.

Do you know where I can find it. Not having a go, just curious on the decisions. I agree on parking but seems we miss a lot of sales with the stewarding situation and now the balcony?Pretty sure it’s not secret
Agreed, life changes for people. I actually think I went more in our League 2 & 1 days but that was just because I had the time to travel up. It was grindingly depressing at times mind! Would love to go more now but can't make it work as much as I'd like. The football and atmosphere at the club is way better you can see why more people are making the effort.Hate the gatekeeping shite. Course some fans went when others didn’t due to several reasons. be interesting to hear why the Cov branch of WMP seems to treat us very differently to the clubs over Brum way?Am asking
Think you’d have to segregate them from the bar area entirely. I don’t think you could out another 400 people in there safely.
I think the press box idea is probably the best to use that space.
