The sale to Wasps is a "done deal" - too late to protest about that. We can voice our anger (if we have any about the sale) but that's it. There is very llittle we can protest about until this whole saga settles and we know what's happening re the Higgs shares. Frustrating, but until SISU and Wasps tell us what's going on and plans are revealed it's a case of just waiting surely ?
What do you think that you might be waiting for? Do you think something might come out of this that isn't worthy of being upset about if you are a London or Wycombe based Wasps fan, or a Cov RFU fan, or even a SkyBlue (although I think in the short term, for us, the latter, we might be alright). I think the point of protest right now is in support of Wasps fans who like ourselves re Northampton do not want the move. If they don't go, or choose to boycott, I imagine there will be an extension of this in a request to all sports fans in this area to back that boycott by not being tempted to go see The Wasps at The Ricoh. As we have pretty good form at backing such Boycotts I hope we can hold firm on this one.
Think the one protest fans can carry out is to boycott Wasps games and go and support CCFC and CRFC.
There is still stuff to unravel and what Sisu now saying following talks with Wasps could well be key.
I will be really disappointed if yet again Sisu copme out and say they are not staying here and want their own stadium.Think that's the last thing we need.
What we do need is some encouraging words from our beloved owners about working in tandem with Wasps, even if that is just for the short term.
Just think the body blow of losing out on the stadium and talking of moving out of the city again will just be too much for some.

The only positive to have come out of this is that the support is beginning to become unified again. Sadly there is a minority who seem to want to cause divisions in the fanbase.
I cannot understand why a ccfc fan would ever want to go and support Wasps.
But is CRFC pissed off? No
Are Wasps fans pissed off at moving fro London or is it Wycombe?
Not really.
In no way was the move of Ccfc to Sixfields comparable to Wasps to Cov.
The only difficulty I have with ACL and CCC is that they may have let personal contempt for Fisher and or Seppela colour their thinking.
Nevertheless, the Council had a fiduciary responsibility to the ratepayer of Coventry and no remit to favourably assist a business whether it has sporting links with the community or not.
About being in Wycombe ......and dying? Some are talking about this as a salvation and guaranteeing survival.
Moreover, Rugger, unlike football, is not endemically tribal, or territorial, never has been. There are posters wittering on about Cov fans being "hypocritical" but they're comparing apples to pears. Nuts.
I agree, I don't like Rugby (Mainly because I have no idea what is going on) but am tempted by a couple of games. Mainly for the beer and the hope that this happens:
