Looking in from afar on purely business bases what is the end game as the assets below do not add up to much - The only thing saleable is the name and the potential - the longer we are away even the name will not be attractive as fans find other things to do - could a sale at some point be in the offing

We have no stadium to play in & might have to pay up to 50 miles away

We will probably lose 70% of our fan base if we do groundshare

Manager will most likely leave if we groundshare

Rumoured regularly the training ground to be sold for housing

No club shop

No Ticket office

No real relationship or correspondence between fans and owners

Baylis only real player asset of note

I don't know how much sisu want for the club but I guarantee we're worth a lot less.

Think it's more like how much a buyer will pay. My house is worth a fortune when I sell it, but true value is how much I can sell it for.

The fact that we are in the 3rd Division of English Football with 8000 loyal fans and another 20-30 000 potential
One step away from the championship
Playing squad worth somewhere around 5m
+ potential sell on clauses

If we ignore the debt for now (which Sisu have to service any way) and ignore Ryton which Sisu would take with them

The value would have to be in the region of 10-15 million

A lot of internet businesses have no real assets, but a lot of value due to custom and potential growth

What are we worth - like everything, it depends whether you're buying or selling. If you're desperate to sell, down comes the price and exactly the opposite if you've got something that others want.

It’s not the buying price but the money to keep the club running. So many overlook this.
You can buy my house in memorial road for £500k but the council tax etc is what will kill you!
