The Football League are likely to ratify the Administrator's decision and give SISU the go ahead. If they do this, what can we do next ?

1. Make every effort (don't know how!) to get ACL and SISU to agree a deal to keep CCFC Ltd at the Ricoh ? Any suggestions how we might bring this about ?

2. Boycott any games played at "Home" away at another Ground if no agreement can be reached to stay at the Ricoh.

I hate SISU with a passion, but I think they stand more chance of selling the club if they have a deal with the Ricoh in place.

Any thoughts ?

Good points raised.I think the only way sisu will sell is if we're back in the premier league and I can't see that happening with sisu in charge.i still want sisu out but what if this scenario happened. .I've got the hard hat on fisher knows sisu have made mistakes and he knows how the fans feel from the forums.so what if it wasn't fisher running the club what if sisu brought simebody else in and started again..sisu somehow manage to own the ricoh and arrange a deal with compass to get the matchday incomes.it would put us on a sound footing regarding ffp and above most teams in league one.even though we all want sisu gone 30, 000 at the crewe match weren't bothered that night who owned us.it shows what could happen.IF and its a big if otium / sisu show us they have learned their lesson and do start to listen to the fans and do start to invest in the team.would we be that bothered they own us.it would be good to see what effect a promotion would have.On the off chance we get back in the premier league they would sell and be gone. What about helping with that plan? This is just a scenario and not my view. I still want them gone.

ACL and CCC have been ripping off CCFC for years.
They have charged excessive rent, and starved the club of much needed revenue.
I may be wrong, but there appears to me to be only 2 solutions to solve the impasse.

1. ACL/CCC sell the stadium and income streams to SISU companies for a fair price.
2. A third party buys a stake in CCFC and that third party buys the stadium and income streams which stops SISU companies re-mortgaging etc. That third party works out a deal with SISU to eventually take over the club at an agreed price.

I like you, hate SISU, but I am also totally against any involvement from CCC and ACL. Sooner or later, someone is going to give in. To me it is more likely to be ACL/CCC. Its not just about losing a tenant it is also about the snowball effect it will have on the area as a whole. The Casino for a start will not be happy to lose CCFC.
SISU companies are not likely to cave in, they have just got rid of the rent/lease agreement and are unlikely to enter a new one.

What we can do is lobby parliament or whoever about the CCC bail out of ACL.

Why slag off ACL,I think the offer of £400k per ann. rent is quite reasonable for a stadium the size of the Ricoh compared to transfer fees in football, how much did we get for Bigi & Keogh, how much does it cost to hire Ricoh for a "Take That" concert ?

Did ACL offer £400k immediately when we got relegated as a goodwill gesture ?. As much as I hate SISU ACL does look like an ineffcient organisation that seemed to use the football club as a cash cow to fund its inefficiencies. CCC + Higgs finished a project that CCFC couldn't but Tesco + grants funded the main costs of the stadium. Not sure I want SISU to get the stadium at a knock down price but ACL have got to have a good look at themselves, statements such as we don't need the club were pathetic, the stadium only exists because of the club.

i think we will return to the ricoh in due course - once the judicial review is over - ACL will go insolvent . SISU will acquire ACL and the licence to play at the ricoh

This is their plan without doubt - Their new ground in the Coventry area with Jimmy hill statue, bricks and memorial garden is the Ricoh arena

All parties must be pressured to, at the very least, agree a new, fairer deal for the use of the stadium.

I would prefer them to sell it to us, however I would only accept that if it were sold to the football club, and was protected from any possible future actions by other SISU-related entities. Under no circumstances should the Ricoh be sold to a "SISU company".

The second big question is the Higgs centre, clearly isn't adequate for the the club..... Is it purchased and developed or do we build a new centre? Leaving Ryton us a must, but here cn a new training complex be built where the academy and first team can unite?

As for the ground, ACL now have to do a deal with the club, this isn't a joke any more, this is serious they need to talk to the club, and allow them to play at the ground, while a deal is negotiated which allows the club to own x, y and z revenue streams from it. If they don't then we all loose, fact! All I want now is to focus on next season and all this to be sorted, the sooner it is the better!

sisu arent gonna sell the club in the short term, all games need to be boycotted in my opinion. Even if we go back to the ricoh, if people go it means sisu will be here for the 'long haul' as fisher said.

Any sale needs to have Coventry city holdings ltd as the owner, not one of the spin off company's!

Maybe we could make some ACL-scarves and look for some windows to clean?

That isn't even the holding company.

Sky Blue Sports & Leisure owns Optium and Holdings
Optium hold Ltd

and everything is owned by Cayman Isle based company..

and they can & will spin off companies at will as they need to.

Too much ! thats why most groups don't return for a second time. Most that have appeared have toured since but like Take That chose other venues, namely Villa Park.

Surely a complete boycott is now the only way to get rid of them and get us back to the Ricoh with new owners? If no one went to Walsall (how embarrassing would that be?) they would soon realise that their plan wasn't working and look to cut the losses and get out.

No the directors are the same as CCFC(H) Ltd.

Iggy, Brody & Orange Ken are not involved, though they were when that company was formed.

You're wrong, Ricoh was not available for Take That.
