I like the idea with all of the grass / playing area but I can't see it working like it should.

Why would you want children playing in the town centre?

People moan about the Burges Yes Maybe it looks old Fashioned but It's been Like that for ...Well I've seen pics from the 1800's upwards. The old fashioned Style IS The Burge's Charactor so why not do it up But Keep The Old Fashioned Look.
