Obviously paramount would be for them to sell up and be gone, failing that :

Fisher must go, Waggot must go.
Court cases must come to an end, all of this new stadium nonsense must be dispensed with.
Positive engagement with our landlords to explore any other possible revenue avenues and to secure a mutually beneficial relationship.
Decent investment in merchandise preferably back at the Ricoh with a quality new strip to sell.
Sensible and realistic price deals for the new season for ST holders as well as casual supporters.
Increased, professional and more aggressive marketing targeting the huge database of fans they used to hold.
Retain Mowbray on a rolling year contract.
Genuine investment in the team from May not August onwards.

1. Keep Mowbray and allow him to organise the back room as he sees fit
2. Sack Waggot - proved totally inept
3. If we cannot get a new external CEO with football experience hand it back to Fisher and tell him his performance will be measured by on the pitch success.
4. Hand Mowbray the playing budget early and leave all the purchasing strategy to him
5. Offer a season ticket deal of £199 with £49 for under 16's with a purchase deadline prior to start of the season.
6. Show long term commitment by having a real stock of merchandise at the shop at the retail park.

I'm with you on this apart from Fisher. Him and Waggot are two cheeks of the same arse. They came as a pair and need to depart the same way.

Best case scenario Sisu leave and take the offer that was on the table a few months ago.

Should this not happen

1. Sack Waggott he is a major problem,

2. Keep Fisher but change his brief tell him to
a. Stop his devisive tactics.
b. Engage with the fans in a meaningfull way and listen to them.
c. Admit he was wrong
d. Stop this talk of a new stadium
e. Start meaningfull talks with Wasps regarding
i. Joint ticketing
ii. Joint shop at the Ricoh close shop at retail park and sack existing staff totally inept
iii. Long term contract
iv. Buying into revenue streams
v. Joint training and physio facilities
vi. joint PR and marketing

3. Kids for a guid for the whole season regardless of wether tickets have been purchased in advance or walk up.

4. Cheaper tickets for unemployed,I remember when I was unemployed for a short time in the early 90s got reduced price tickets on production of passport to leisure.

5. Stop using using the term DNA

The next train at platform 1 is the 19.37 to La La Land, calling at Flying Pig, Unicorn, Norfolk and Chance and La La Land. Though this service has been totally unreliable since 2007 and never reached its destination, this time will be different....... All abooooooard

You mean someone is actually running the club?

The simple test will be Mowbray said back his ambition or he is off.......

If they don't keep Mowbray that wil say it all about ambition for football side of things.

You could always ask Mr Ward or Mr Strange to ask at the next board meeting if any bid has been put in and how much that bid was for.

Get TM on a contract. Give him whatever he needs in terms of players.

Totally revamp the ticket offering and club marketing, be contrite, be humble, be likeable.

Put up or shut up on the new stadium.

Buy a metric fuck ton of flags to give away.

This is very interesting as it seems we have finally turned on the dreadful Waggott.

I may be wrong but I am sure when he was riding high after his fantastic effort to get us back to the Ricoh he said that when he was no longer wanted he would go, maybe it is time for him to pack his bags then as he has now taken over as number one idiot above Fisher.

All good points, but don't forget the stadium situation which has to be sorted out, the JR ( I know it is officially another part of SISU ) is a hindrance to a good relationship with the city whose name the team carries and I would ask them to meet with Wasps and put their cards on the table and ask Wasps to do the same. Two professional sports teams working together or in some form of consortium sharing revenue from an existing 32000 stadium is on paper a better deal than competing separately in two stadiums ( one only theoretical ) in spitting distance of each other. That should be the goal.

Aren't SBS&L listed as an interested party in the JR? If so it's not another part of SISU it's the club. As well.

Depends on how you interpret it. According to TF it is SISU - not the club. Whatever - I think it is the litigation that Joy promised if she didn't get her way and it certainly doesn't help matters regarding Coventrians support of the Club's management.

Give Mowbray a real contract; allow him to put in place the scouting network he wants; give him the resources to tear this squad apart and rebuilt it because from what I've seen we need 10 or 11 new players again.
