What is the procedure in the football pyramid nowadays (1 Viewer)

Been a few years since I was involved in local football but when I was I had a number of occasions when my club went in front of their league big-wigs including the B.C.F.A. The procedure then was the competition dealt with the initial incident or complaint, the competition being either the league you played in or a relevant cup competition. If you disagreed with a decision you could appeal to the B.C.F.A. who would look at your appeal and decide if the league acted within it's rule book and can over rule any decision. Is any such appeal worth going for? It seems to me there is at the least confusion in how the FL interperate this scenario about where the Golden Share is, the players registrations etc. In our case an appeal would be heard by the full FA. One thing I know the FA can decide is if the spirit and intention of any rule. Bit of a long shot but it is now desperate times, trouble is who can submit any appeal
