So Mowbray walks, in my opinion some of his tactics at times were questionable, but in the grand scheme of things this is nothing compared to the restraints he was working under.
Mowbray and Venus are close friends as well as colleagues. This unfortunately tells me that there are no immediate plans for SISU to sell. Had they been thinking of doing so, You would have thought that Venus would have had a quiet word with Mowbray telling him to ride this out until a change of ownership occurred.
So, onto the next manager. No doubt Fisher will play the "there have been well over 40 applicants card" and the new manager will say "Coventry City are a huge club in league 1" but unfortunaly this is all rubbish that has been heard so many times.
Enough rambling, back to the purpose of the post....Mowbrays appointment was one of the few positive moves by SISU, but they have even managed to get this wrong.
So...what will the new manager search tell us about SISU and there plans...
