Please feel free to Add your own.
Then when King Harvest or Jan give them feedback they may find the odd thing on here to feed in.

I like the fact this season they have signed numerous players.
In my opinion we have one of if not the strongest squads in this league.

I do not like the fact that at the same time as signing those players they create a whirl of instability that negates the good work done.

Ie allowing a manager you will potentially sack after 3 games to sign 9 players.

Continuous transfer embargo's and stories in the media that give out the impression we are a club at breaking point.

I can't see any positive at all out of us having this perception in the media

Conflicting aims and objectives

At the start of this season Tim Fisher said that sacking managers and chopping and changing has played a significant role in our lack of success. He said this stops now.

3 games in he sacks a manager.

The other week he said CCFC won't go into liquidation that the club comes first and contingency plans are in place. The rent issue will never come to that.

Last week he discussed the real possibility of insolvency.

Joy not ever actually coming on the radio and discussing her views and opinions. Her plans for the club.

She is apparently completely hands on now. Yet she does not attend meetings.

I like the fact that they give John Clarke something to boast about. He used to be big in Coventry but without his current roll in the Club he would be just a busted flush. Keep it up Sisu.

Negative: The secrecy around the leadership of Joy Seppala and the endless spin and deceit that resonates around anything to do with the rent row. ACL just as bad though. Or at least it's very hard to know what the truth is.

The mistakes that lead to our relegation last season and compounded by letting Thorn build a team then sacking him. (better to have made the break with Thorn before the start of the campaign).

Not doing enough to secure Robins for a whole season...at least having the opt out clause after an initial 1 season..!

Lack of information about the vision for ccfc...which suggests what we all think; they regret investing and can't decide how to exit without losing face as a profit making hedge fund.

Positive: Did appoint Robins and have built up a good squad. Tim and Steve are seemingly approachable.

I have to agree the escape clause should have had at least till the end of the season inserted in it.
The lawyers need an ass kicking over that one.

Tim and wag do seem to face the fans and media even if their boss hides.

Let's sell tickets to see that ass kicking :)

We were told we had a 3 year budget plan, to get promoted and the next minute we are told we maybe going out of business.

Which is it? Just tell the truth.

That their apologists seem incapable of normal brain function.
Cognitive processes usually demonstrate logicality.....but not in their case.
This is a mystery.

Negative: lack of openness, have to agree with some previous posts re one minute signed off three years worth of budgets and then bang we are on the edge of insolvency.

Worse for me is the game that being played by SISU which leaves ordinary fans like us wondering what the hell is happening to our club, where will we play, what are the finances really like, do they even give two hoots about the fans.

Only positive thing is they paid off the Ryton mortgage with transfer monies received.

They need to be 100% transparent now and stop playing games with ACL and let us know the truth, otherwise I wish they'd do one.

Positive (Off the top of my head)
They completely upgraded Ryton
They paid for a level 2 academy
They were willing to be competative for McG's wages
They have acknowledged their past mistakes and are currently dealing with them
They won't let ACL kill the club.

Negative
They have employed 2 inept boards who have severely damaged the club financially, as well as in our league standing and relationship with fans
Failed to sign King
Sold Fox and Dann before they needed to
Didn't get any money for Westwood
Persisted with Eastwood
Communication could have been better

She attends bitch and stitch sessions at her local church. Good training.

I don't like their reasons for coming in in the first place.

I do like that they continue to fund the club to keep it trading....for how much longer?

i dont like the uncertainty of never posting the accounts
.the fact they won't pay what they owe
.the inability to run the club in a fair manner.
they cant keep managers.
they cant tell the truth
they cant be open in the dealings with any other organisation

Anybody with a modicum of sense will see through SISU and never have any dealings with them. They cannot be trusted, and as I see it, ACL and CCC will never sell to them. SISU are either blind or thick skinned(Probably a bit of both) to understand the situation they have put themselves in!
Would you employ a Bank Robber to manage a Bank?
