Why is useless Burge number one now?

RCC made numerous cock ups, didnt win a game then got injured.

Burge came in, didn't make any cock ups, won a game, kept his place.

Top performance by burge tonight. Didnt put a foot wrong and no stupid throw outs or trying to give a goal away like rcc

he did a dodgy flap early on, but came for the ball well a few times to take the pressure off

Burgey was decent enough tonight apart from one rush of blood to the head.

But but but Burge is the worst keeper of all time, and RCC is the best young keeper in the league

Looks like he's been spending some time in the gym. Played a lot better tonight than past performances, although he still makes me nervous. Its the way he always look like he's coming for a cross and then stops. Not sure he's actually undecided, it might just be a 'thing' he does.

Distribution was a lot better than I remember so he's either improved that or my memory is worse than I thought.

I think it's improved, I can never remember him throwing or rolling a ball before and he done it several times tonight.

RCC can have the odd rash decision too.

Perhaps with his directors head on Venus is keeping RCC fit until the transfer window

prefer rcc but just like last season no rush to make a change. lets ride out burge long as we can before he probably loses his place to rcc again

3/4 wins suggest no need to panic about goalie

The booing of Burge when his name was read out on tuesday was very disappointing, is there any need for it? Thought he had a good game barring that one incident in the first half.

Tbf he was better than I was expecting, apart from that one. Was very happy to see him keep that free kick out from Maguire.

Didn't hear any booing though.

He got injured. Someone else came in and has played well. He must wait till Burge screws up a lot or gets injured. He will have to wait like Burge did. Competition is healthy.

Was only at the start, when team was named, but it was very audible in block 16.

To me it sounded like tongue in cheek groaning rather than booing.

Scares the shit out of me, how everyone's letting him off for that corner I will never know. Decision making was pants.

The Free kick went right next to him so I would have been very disappointed to see it go in.
Every game he has played since being back in he has done a howler or 2

Nobody's mentioned the 2 handed slapping of the ball from the first shot against him Tuesday too, looked routine save but parried it straight back out into play.
We were lucky not to be 2 down before we scored.
Not for me, never will be
