What he is actually saying is
"I am in no position to say that the Club is for sale and open for offers... BUT, rather than simply saying that, I'd rather just say 'The club is not for sale' as it makes be feel powerful because im an egotistical prick trying to make up for my tiny schlong."
Its not his decision to say whether the club is for sale or not, its up to Sisu and their shareholders. The sooner they clean their hands of the club and get out of the spotlight which they do not want shone upon them at all the better for them and us.
