Other than actually going out of business, like Bury, who has had it worse? Maybe Pompey? Maybe Luton? I don’t know that either of them had to move grounds…twice.
Look at the kind of clubs most of them play for now!State of that squad. Shocking.
Fucking hell look at the current clubs shows how bad they all were
So bad that Andy Thorn seemed an improvement.
If it wasn't for Sisu the biggest club in the City would be Coventry United right now. I'm not saying they saved us, but they kept us alive during very dark times. Some of my best memories supporting the club came under Sisu's tenure.
Fuck this take too.If it wasn't for Sisu the biggest club in the City would be Coventry United right now. I'm not saying they saved us, but they kept us alive during very dark times. Some of my best memories supporting the club came under Sisu's tenure.
Ahh yes ‘uncle Ray’ - one of the key players in own downfall. You can add Thorn to that list as well.Fuck this take too.
Sisu, ransom, Robinson, wasps, council, pwkh, the trust.
Anybody involved in that era can fuck off.
Yes I was on the hill as for being a member of the trust so were a lot of people. That or you one of the Trust wankers

Defo not Pompey. They over-spent their way to their problems. Two FA Cup Finals in which they won one, European competition with AC Milan coming to Fratton Park - they did ok. Their issue was paying money they couldn't really afford/Mandaric wanted back.
Whilst they have 'suffered', it was likely as a result of over-spending.
I've obviously got a soft spot for them being that I live a few miles from FP and a lot of my friends are Pompey fans - but I'm pretty sure 100% of them would say we had it tougher than them. Maybe apart from that twat with the bell.
Precisely why I said that we really didn't need to go down this hole in my earlier post. There are plenty of insults that can be thrown around but I won't lower myself.Yes I was on the hill as for being a member of the trust so were a lot of people.
yes I remember people going in saying they hoped we stayed at six fields suppose you were one of those wankers. Just asking. Now you can reply with one of your inane comments.
I was in the home end for the away fixture. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so riled after a game. Partly due to 3 lads sat behind me who had seemingly never been to a match before and who were very vocal throughout.Forest Green doing the double over us or Yeovil beating us 6-2 at home has to be the darkest days…
I hate Forest Green off the back of that lone season in league two…. I’ve got no intention of seeing us back in that hell hole of a league ever again
Well said, mate.Precisely why I said that we really didn't need to go down this hole in my earlier post. There are plenty of insults that can be thrown around but I won't lower myself.
It will just cause divisions and arguments. As someone who has lost a supposed 'friend' over our opposing stances on this I implore everyone to let it lie and forget about it. We have moved on now and are in a much better place.
Hey Joy. Get any new handbags recently? If it wasn't for Sisu the biggest club in the City would be Coventry United right now. I'm not saying they saved us, but they kept us alive during very dark times. Some of my best memories supporting the club came under Sisu's tenure.
I haven’t thought about wasps for ages!!! What a turn around! On the bright side we can at least point to October 22nd 2022 when it became much brighter - when the insects went bust. I still flick on the fb pages now and then to drink in the tears of their “fans”
I thought I was going to hear it was because they kept kicking your seat!!I was in the home end for the away fixture. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so riled after a game. Partly due to 3 lads sat behind me who had seemingly never been to a match before and who were very vocal throughout.
Partly cos we were shite and deserved to lose…mostly those 3 cretins though. Fucking wankers.
I’m over it!
I had just arrived in Buenos Aries to find out that Yeovil were beating us 6-2.Forest Green doing the double over us or Yeovil beating us 6-2 at home has to be the darkest days…

They were a couple of rows back but probably would’ve done had they been directly behind me…absolute abominations. Fucking bumpkins and their terrible banter…I thought I was going to hear it was because they kept kicking your seat!!
Lucky you…. I was at that car crash and it still gives me nightmares, pretty sure we were on a good run aswell and the result literally came out of nowhereI had just arrived in Buenos Aries to find out that Yeovil were beating us 6-2.
I remember arriving to the ground thinking it was a formality we would walk away with three points, think our players thought the same. Pretty certain Yeovil scored every time they came forward.Lucky you…. I’m sure it was 4-1 at half time. We look like we were on the piss the Friday night.I remember arriving to the ground thinking it was a formality we would walk away with three points, think our players thought the same. Pretty certain Yeovil scored every time they came forward.
One highlight was an absolute worldie by Biamou, shame the rest of the game means everyone forgets it, probably intentionally and quite rightly so.
I don’t think those that tried to get people fired from their jobs for a difference of opinion on a football club should ever be forgiven.Precisely why I said that we really didn't need to go down this hole in my earlier post. 3-0, I think, and they scored all three within the first 10/15 minutes. I think they stayed up, although not by much.I’m sure it was 4-1 at half time. We look like we were on the piss the Friday night.
didn’t Yeovil get relegated aswell?
I remember hearing tale of this, possibly from you. Unfuckingbelievable.I don’t think those that tried to get people fired from their jobs for a difference of opinion on a football club should ever be forgiven.
Sometimes you have to be the bigger man and let it go. Dragging it all back up serves no purpose now.I don’t think those that tried to get people fired from their jobs for a difference of opinion on a football club should ever be forgiven.
I had a long time ago but when I see we will just repeat crap and eventually this becomes the truth I’ll call it out. Anyway I’ll leave it nowPrecisely why I said that we really didn't need to go down this hole in my earlier post. There are plenty of insults that can be thrown around but I won't lower myself.
