Dont forget the taxi for RobinsIf we are in the bottom 3 by January, we should sell the whole squad and replace them with Tranmere's squad... Granted we will miss out on autos, but it will result in another winning day at Wembley!
Of course... Silly me! Bring in Nicola!Dont forget the taxi for Robins
Read that twice and can't decide whether it's sarcastic or deadly seriousPlaying out of the city will result in us going straight back down. How can we possibly compete?

Do you think the £400/500k a year we miss out on will swing it? LolPlaying out of the city will result in us going straight back down. How can we possibly compete?
Good point that. I'd snap your hand off for getting a foothold in the division in our first season. That said, BCD may let our players relax into our new found total football and we are awarded the title after 34 games, as everyone else throws in the towel at our brilliance.A few championship clubs are due points deductions are they not. So could be a good season for us
Budget agreed but may need some wriggle after covid and any losses covered by owners. Put playoffs cos of mr Midas at the helm but genuinely 21st would be amazingBut any shortfall in income will be provided by our owners? That’s what they promised wasn’t it and to be fair seemingly delivered last season. Shouldn’t be an excuse for lack of resources on the pitch.

That's what I'm hoping. Add that to the fact that existing Championship clubs will have crippling wage bills in comparison to us and that levels things even further. Teams will struggle to shift players that are under contract, as the player is unlikely to secure similar wages in the current climate. Great time to get promoted imho. Will the fact that there will likely be no gate receipts for all clubs be a bit of a leveller in terms of budgets?
I think our position regarding stadium discussions is as strong as it’s ever been. Unfortunately I think that may mean a solution/agreement may not be possible but I’m very very hopeful!Yeah Covid is an obvious exception, though one all clubs face so should effect our competitiveness. Point stands that we were promised the costs of leaving Coventry would be covered by the owners so isn’t an excuse.
As I’ve said before I actually have faith we’ll have a competitive budget where ever we are. Aside from anything else the longer we are a Championship club (or above!) the stronger our hand is in stadium negotiations.
I think we will do better than expected, lower mid table
LOL il say 14th first seasonJust hear me out......17th
