Why this delay? We can't possibly move forward with anything until we've had the FA statement! There must be a spanner in the works somewhere and I wonder who's responsible???! More chaos, confusion, frustration and silence to suffer!!!

Because the attempts to move things around have made it very complex and CCFCH are probably contesting it which will delay things.
