Its the biggest debating point in the whole of the 40 years that I have been a fan. It was a well constructed posting that if it touched a nerve then it shows that there is some merit substance in the content.
If its because Admin are also a committed sixfielder - then its a sad day for freedom of speech.
Because it's yet another shouty us and them post that is now tedious.
. The subject is just too unpalatable for some for some to read or discuss. You have to wonder why. Shame or guilt possibly?
1. Because it's all been discussed before over and over.
1. Because it wasn't about football.
1. Because the writer doesn't understand that lists only start with the number 1, afterwards they increase sequentially, integer by integer
People go to Sixfields, some don't. Deal with it. The fans who travel to Sixfields are not the problem. In the grand scheme of things they hardly contribute to the Sisu coffers. It would just mean we would lose another player or 2 out of the squad if they stopped attending.
Said it last week mate....Big Brother's about, is it 1984?
By that logic if we get an extra 2000 to go we can get another 2 players for the squad or return to the Ricoh and have significantly more income and an even better squad. When owners are running a football club for non-football reasons logic goes out the window. To qoute Star Trek's Spock "its illogical" northants makes no sense so don't try to justify our being there or attending games there its nonsense. Make a stand put the pressure on don't go.
Or it has been done to death time after time.
I doubt anyone who attends feels guilty or shame. They probably just want to watch their team play a game of football.
You can say what you like on this forum....As long as it's NOT anti-SISU or anti-Sixfields.
You may not be old enough to remember the Miner’s strike in the 80’s but the majority of Miner’s faced with mass closure of pits went on strike in an attempt to force a change in government policy.
In some ways it is akin to our present situation whereby the vast majority of supporters will not go to Northampton in an attempt to change owner policy.
The big difference between the two scenarios is that at least those Miners that carried on working had some sort of justification in doing so as they had families to support.
What justification is there for going to Northampton? To watch their team play a game of football?
"It was childish and tedious".....Yet steveo1987 and Sick Boy must have looked and had to pass comment on this post?

That's a poor comparison
Ha just seen the second comment. Grow up, if everything was locked or deleted that I didn't agree with then this place would be a bit quiet wouldn't it? Don't give it the freedom of speech line because I have said before, this forum is way under moderated so you are way off the mark.
I love this freedom of speech thing that happens every time a threads closed when there's 15 beeeelion threads on exactly the same subject, with exactly the same arguments!
Whether it's right or wrong to close the thread, it is a prime example of why there is a split between the fans. I've supported city both home and away since 1992, been to more shit games than many on here have had hot dinners, yet i'm a 'scab'......
I will say with complete honesty that i can't wait to bump into the people who ganged up and me and abused me outside sixfields last season.
If everyone who seems to have such a strong opinion on CWR/Here/Facebook, had actually bothered to get behind the team over the years then this would never have happened.
Even away games are shit now, people who think they have a good atmosphere need to think back just a few years to what it used to be like. Just look at our self-appointed 'leaders' who think they are great because they go to away games and start such witty songs as 'Joy Sepalla is a slag'
This whole episode has convinced me that most football fans are wankers, and City supporters have the team they deserve.
