Not sure of the point you are trying to make here, clearly you believe there is a lesson to be learned by protesting / challenging and being left with a huge legal bill but what protest ?

It really isn't something to think about, the only people who this remotely relates to is SISU themselves, well it also applied to higgs earlier too I suppose. Sisu are the ones protesting in court, not the fans.
The charge to these people has nothing to do with protesting and everything to do with losing in court. If you go to court you have to accept you might lose and might have to pay the other sides costs. If there was any serious suggestion that we should take sisu to court then this would very much apply but there isn't. It would be a terrible idea for fans to sue sisu who bring stupid numbers of expensive lawyers to everything.
The whole court system is an utter disgrace though, the fact it's cost £400,000 for one judge to wrongly decide a covenant applies and one to decide it doesn't, is utterly ridiculous. When you are risking hundreds of k (ridiculous in itself) the correct decision needs to be made the first time and if its not the extra costs should be met by the state. We'd soon see the whole system made much more efficient and sensible, but this is a discussion for another forum.
Isn't there a lawyer out there with sky blue blood who would do it for free ? It certainly needs something like a court case to get to the nitty-gritty of all this shit.
