So you are now saying AT says who is sold and who to bring in? Def no choice on who gets sold. So he wanted Juke to be sold without a replacement? Then he can choose who to bring in if they are free or cheaper. Still all his fault I suppose?
I certainly did'nt state anywhere that its all AT's fault, but come on, some of his decisions that he has made himself like tactics, and playing people out of position, are not made by SISU, or do you think they ring him on saturday morning with the team sheet and tactics.
Also the people he could bring in, surely SISU a hedge fund did'nt give him a list of the players he could bring in.
And who do you think recommended that who they should give contract extensions too, is that SISU !!.
I've alaways said 90% SISU's fault ,but Thorn must take his 10 % blame, and Harrison is as much to blame, so say 5% EACH
I actually like you and what you say, (mostly) also Mr Astute, but we will have to agree to disagree.
AT is not blameless as you say Rev. I would put it a bit more than 10%. Some talk as though it is mainly his fault though. He was a rookie manager when he took over. He was bound to make mistakes. Even seasoned managers make mistakes, not as many as a rookie though. He seems to be doing something right to have the players putting in so much effort when things are looking so bad. The players have not given up so we still have a chance this season.
AT can only play who SISU don't sell. If a player plays well he will be noticed by other clubs and then sold by SISU. I am surprised that we still have Keogh.

The out of position argument doesn't really wash when you look at who is actually fit and available in our squad. The only player I'd say is being played out of position is McSheffrey-he seems a lot more comfortable playing in behind the front man/2, than out wide where his lack of pace isn't doing him any favours. But then again, do we have an out and out left winger? I'm struggling to think of the last time we did.
Contract extensions were more likely handed out by SISU in order to artificially inflate the value of the club-which is what Orange Boy alluded to shortly before he left. By putting players on long, expensive contracts, SISU can argue 'the value of the playing squad has increased', when in real terms it's gone through the floor.
