If his best players were sold under his nose? I can't imagine another team poaching him if everything stays the way he likes it, but if Fleck and RCC (for example) were sold on the cheap I can't see him hanging around.

Everything so far has suggested he's got far more of a say in what goes on and is aware of the financial constraints he's working with, so I can't see much going on without his say-so.

It depends. If he has money to invest from players transfer fees, he will stay. Unless you are big Four, you are a selling club.

Why would Fleck/RCC leave to a lower end championship side?

If an offer is accepted for them, It's pretty much out of their hands? Maybe a ten grand a week pay rise too?

I cannot see any benefit to the club in selling Fleck. What is the most we can get for a player out of contract in the summer? 500k - even to Sisu it is just not worth it. As has been mentioned elsewhere revenue increases to an average of 15m in the Championship, why would they take peanuts when there is a realistic prospect of getting promoted. Also I suspect we would get a fee through a tribunal anyway.

Maddison is the only player that realistically we could have a tricky decision to make if he comes back and keeps doing the business. A bit like Alli did for MK Dons last year.

I don't see any players at the club at the moment that would not sign improved terms for at least 1 more year in the Championship if we get promoted.

Actually the best thing about our loan players is, they can't be tapped up by the likes of Wolves... although they might try with Armstrong they don't actually have any leverage with the loan players.

Why does someone always post a negative topic with no substance when we are having the best season for over 20 years. Its as if ccfc fans seem lost if their not being negative

Why do some always feel the need to cause negativity? Things are going mu h better than expected why ruin it?

Most managers players are sold, it's not unique to us ffs

Being in the automatic pension spots is a powerful incentive for players to stay with us or for new players to come in. As for managers, they have been known to abandon successful teams, so it could happen. Cannot see it myself though, unless SISU do something really stupid, and they wouldn't do that would they?

after the title of the topic I expected the next words to be 'on water'.

PS It is clear that the objective this season is promotion not sell on, that is why TM has been allowed to bring in experienced players and does not have to field youth players, that experiment was abandoned when Pressley left.
