Convinced their start to the season was a flash in the pan. They’re one trick ponies. It’s a good trick mind, despite how ugly it is on the eye. Word travels quickly around clubs though once a team has got found out. Expect them to drop like a stone now. Akinfenwa is embarrassing. Waddles about moaning like my Gran, 18 months on the hip replacement waiting list.
Speaking to a Wycombe fan recently and said the same to him that we all assumed they'd fade away, he said they'd changed their style and fully deserved to be where they were. The latter may be true, but the former certainly ain't! I do like Akinfenwa as a person though, he's got a lot of time for their fans, and fair play to what he's achieved. I think there's a bit of beast in all of us, hence the applause to his reaction to 'your tits are offside'...
Actually expected alot more from them 2nd half. They were most dangerous first half. Most dissapointing display from them I seen in 2nd half in ages. We are usually hanging on against them 2nd half. Controlled that beatifull 2nd half. Shows how far we come when I expected a fifth.
The one change I would make is Mason. McCallum struggles defensively - we’ve got two games in quick succession so I guess he will change it about a fair bit
Watching that shit from Ainsworth's Wycombe passing back to the keeper from the kick off etc. I'm not so sure. If they went up with that style of football they'd take a bad bad beating in the championship. At least with the way we play we'd be more prepared for championship football.
Have faith everyone. I saw ths coming and never doubted we would win today. Still think we can get an auto spot too. We have avery strong squad that is young and still learning. It will get even better with time and mostly injury free. Oxford looking strong and Ipswich will come again. Sunderland and Portsmouth both huffing and puffing this season.
The way Shipley back flicked it whilst the ball was in the air was something you would expect to see in the Premier league at the etihad... An absolutely incredible goal
Beautiful. McCallum's strike is right up there, too: knew exactly where he was putting the ball and really pinged it, unstoppable. I'd say he's the best full back technically that we've had since Danny Fox, but...no way could Fox do that with his weaker foot, his right foot was for standing on! Immense skill, he's one hell of a prospect.
Went OK, after a bit of technical help from a younger member of the family! Watched it on my phone as I couldn't get it on my laptop and it did drop out on a regular basis, but came back almost immediately on each occasion - guess that's a problem with my internet connection rather than anything else? Despite that, it was a commanding performance, with some great goals. Must have been a memorable day out for the travelling SBA. How's your head, Londonccfcfan?

To be fair they’ve got a threadbare squad and some key players out. Not sure if their style would’ve changed much but Ainsworth has worked miracles with what he’s had available

The position they are in is outstanding. Stylistically though I know what I prefer. I don't think they'll sustain the position they are in being so one dimensional but I've been wrong plenty of times before.
