We didn't have a designated penalty taker. We don't seem to have someone that can score them. We don't seem to practice them...or we don't have a player that can shoot straight.
I take it that nobody is at fault in any way.

Fair enough if it was one miss, that's always going to happen at some point. We've scored 1 of the last 6 we've been given. That's poor by anyones standard.
