Has to be out of Connor Thomas and Cyrus Christie doesn't it?
Bigi has been out of the picture now for quite a while and Jordan Clarke has only just come back. Other players haven't played enough at all (Ruffles, Cameron, Willis etc.)
Could be one of a number of players, but overall Cyrus has come the furthest.
I would say Thomas is the better player but he was already in the first team picture last year.
Whereas
Christie has gone from a academy player, straight in to the first team playing most games this season.
Thomas is a better player and I think it's important to note that both he and Bigi are a year younger than Christie and were 17 when the season kicked off. However I would give my vote to Christie based on the impact and amount of games his played this season.
Cyrus is winning the official poll but for me its Thomas, the kid is class. Cyrus still doesn't fill me with confidence defensively and when Hussey returns I think Clarke should be first choice rb.
Thorn is saying Clarke is the better tackler. Christie is more of a marauding full back, whose strength most probably lies in his attacking capabilities.
Clarke played Zaha really well on Tuesday, he is definitely better at 1-1 defending than Christie - look back at Leicester's first goal, Christies whole bodyshape v Dyer was terrible.
Christie is more marauding than Clarke, however Clarke isn't that bad attack wise - it was his cross that platt got on the end of in the first half.
Conor Thomas was playing really well before his injury. So composed on the ball plays like he's been a pro for years.Cyrus has also been a real surprise though. Both players will be great next season.
