Well technically it's anti-caninism - having a cat cafe doesn't mean they have an irrational fear of dogs. But I guess someone could open a dog cafe if they wanted.

I've been to a few of these in different countries. It's a great idea and is basically a cat sanctuary and charity that serve hot drinks.
