I sent a note to a Dutch mate who works in football in the Netherlands. He said Zwolle fans are gutted to see Hamer leave as he’s easily their best player. He said Hamer played in six positions last season, is obviously really versatile, and should do really well in England.
I am not going to argue, I stand by what I said.
Only time will tell and when it finally gets announced remember who the idiot is.

I also think people need to exercise some patience “the o’hare saga is dragging on”?! What’s it been? A week? The league hasn’t finished yet and we’ve started making signings. Things are good.
I’ve gone from a position of thinking we’d have no chance of getting O’hare, to now being fairly confident he’ll sign for us. If he doesn’t? Well, we’ve got some decent players already.
We also have westbrooke unless we cash in and get a couple million for him to fund a striker
Shipley, Allen, Jobello, Jones, Westbrooke all pushing for those two forward midfield slots. Possibly a kid or two coming through as well. I’d like to see someone come in but it’s not the end of the world if we strengthen elsewhere.
I imagine there will be a fair few friendlies to impress in too
my call.......shipley and Allen will be squad players, 3rd and 4th choice for CM, behind Kelly and Hamer, so far.
Jones will go on loan, he’s not fit or ready for the championhip. Jobello and Westbrooke will be bit players, could see jobello being sold if we play the same formation this season

I agree with you partially because I think Shipley or Allen will be in the 11 and we will play 2 up top and maybe shift Jobello in behind Godden or Biamou where he can use his pace to get in behind or play balls as an advanced playmaker for Godden
He is only 16 and he is a regular in the u23s and has featured off of our bench so it a short loan or off the bench could work for his developement
if jobello and biamou are in our first team, I suspect we will struggle
If we don't sign anyone else and keep the formation they'd be the two I'd start in the ACM positions. Other three on the bench. Think jones might be able to transition to the central role more easily than Jobello who much more of a winger.
no doubt we will sign others. MR knows our midfield options arent currently striong enough for championship
He’s decent. I’m a big fan of Allen. At the risk of pointing out the obvious, our younger players should get better as they get older.
I also believe that should he remain injury free, Jones could be outstanding for us.
