If I’m honest he was playing well however he was definitely not fit enough and he didn’t even start it’s gonna take time and we’re just gonna have to accept that we may not see the best version of us until October

Last week he was turd, no doubt. I did groan when he replaced Kelly but fair play he was decent. But he let his man go for their goal so he's automatically a liability

He played as well as anyone in the first half, and yes he like the rest of the midfield and wingbacks struggled in the second half. He didn't play that role at all last season, so was in an unfamiliar position. Looking back at the highlights we were definitely zonal marking, so he didn't even lose his man for the goal.

if the sheaf deal got sorted instead of dragged out he would of been fit to come on instead of Shipley 🤷🏻‍♂️

He's played League 2 and League 1 and now Championship. On each occasion he has got to the the level required. Did some nice things today, also lost the ball a few times. Not saying he is great, not saying he is shite either. Let's just see if he can adapt to bring a decent Championship player. If he does, ultimately we benefit.

Push Shipley further forward you’ll get a hell of a lot more than you see at CDM we’ve all seen it from him

he’s still better than 10 bags 😊

I must admit I was worried when he came on as he was poor in that position last week but he surprised me, thought he was pretty decent. Especially in the first half he played really well.

Struggled in the second half because BC had more of the ball and he's not a defensive player.

First half he looked great on the ball, moved up the pitch well and made a few decent passes. Second half he was poor and looked lethargic but we can't berate him for being played in an uncomfortable position where his weaknesses are bound to be highlighted. He's at his best when played at AM, not DM.

Robins wouldn't have put him on if Sheaf was fitter/more gelled into the first team but he was the only option given how much of the game was left to be played.
