That's appalling, no doubt youre going to have to spend a few hours tomorrow fucking about at the ticket office.
They need a good look at what went wrong here to prevent it happening again.

Boddy went on about installing new tech to read the tickets being why they couldn’t get the cards made in time. Did they really need to do that or was it a Wasps thing?

New tech wouldn't stop the STs being sent out with a paper ticket for tomorrow. Unless they thought people would be daft enough to still try to use their STs...........I think I answered my own point

Other half's ticket turned up yesterday but not mine or the other 2 we bought, so just been over to the ticket office to get replacements, walked straight in no queue not fuss tickets sorted in 5 minutes.
