REMEMBER FOLKS !!!

We were 3-0 up against Swansea at home and still failed to win. So this time, let's not settle until it's 4-0 ;)

Half time 2-0

Thank for for the second goal. Big pen by Vik under pressure taking it from Godden.

Still a bit open at times off the ball, but look so dangerous on the counter.

Very comfortable. Eccles becoming a vital player for us.

What was the penalty for?

Do I make gyok and Hamer as the top 2 for assists in the league? 10 each?

We need to get a couple more so goal difference vs WBA becomes irrelevant

Handball apparently. I thought the ref had given a goal kick.

So did I as his signal wasn’t a penalty just bizarre

Handball to be fair his hand was a fair way up it hit his hand which made Eccles lose control of the ball, softish but can see why it was given

Stuck in France so having to watch on TV. Clear handball. The only argument was if accidental and no chance of getting out of the way.

Best ref I've seen for ages. Put an end to the shirt pulling and trying to unfairly taking advantage.

Michael Dawson is the instudio reporter for Sky Sports on our game. He saw the replay and said that Eccles had chested the ball down but as it travelled, it hit the Birmingham players hand. Dawson said it was a correct handball call but said he was surprised the ref saw it as the offence happened on the side of the player away from the ref.

It is fairly clear but surprising the ref saw it.

There was a crowd appeal for handball but tv replays not clear but fed was right on the spot and pointed straight to the spot.
We needed that second goal the game was starting to replicate the Reading game, still need another goal hopefully soon after half-time.

Hand and arm of the Birmingham player is outside the normal silhouette of a person so handball is correct. The fact the hand is open and facing the ball could also show intent.
Yep it was a hand ball, well away from his body and impacted the game as made Eccles lose control in the penalty area. Just normally not spotted!

Oggy reporting that John Eustace has been sent off at half time based on talk he's heard at half time.
