Yes he voted for himself to be CEO and head of. He also voted for himself as general manager, assistant and PA and hopes to run whatever he thinks he voted for in a Saddam

I totally agree that sisu/Fisher are to blame for their inabillity to build a honest rapport with the fans! I have said that numerous times, but am happy to repeat it.
But it doesn't alter my opionion that the Trust should keep their cool and not enter into open war with the owners of the club until all other venues have been explored and the options exhausted. Are they looking into the CCC and their part of the mess? Have they challenged them or their actions? Are they looking into ACL and their part of the mess? Have they demanded they go back to the negotiation table? Have they made demnds of arbitration?
I think not, so all options have not been exhausted.
I hope the Trust leadership at the very least have consulted a lawyer and made sure they can't be held liabel for any damages inflicted if sisu are denied the Golden Share as a direct or indirect result of the Trusts action. Because if there is something we do know about sisu - they are not slow to file lawsuits.
I think by now everyone in the known universe is aware of your view about the Trust. For God's sake, give it a rest, you are becoming tedious.

Could you elaborate on this a little? The administrators role is covered by law so are you saying he should disregard the legal requirements? My understanding is at present SISU in their many guises are by far the largest creditor and one of the administrators main roles is to get what is considered to be the best deal for the creditors.
As for the football league and who they give the share to would they not have to go along with the administrators decision? The only reason I can see that they could refuse to give the golden share back to ltd in the event that it is purchased by SISU is through a failure of the F&P test and at present it seems, rather incredibly, that SISU would pass that? Are the trust compiling evidence that would give the league reason to fail SISU on the F&P test?
Has the trust met with any of the alternative bidders to asses their bids and suitability?
It's a nice idea but it does seem to be 'pissing in the wind' and as the only recognised representatives of the fans would time not be better spent looking into things that could actually impact on the outcome? I can think of a couple of things the trust are well positioned to do that would be of use:
with the help and support of supporters direct put pressure on the FL to public state the situation regarding the golden share and the status of the players. if they have, as is suspected, been separated was it done without the FLs knowledge or have the FL made a mistake which has backed them into a corner. other interested parties need to be able to bid in the knowledge that they will have ownership of all things CCFC.

and to counter that request ACL provide evidence that Fisher is lying. In particular I would like the trust to get an assurance from ACL that whoever ends up in charge at the start of the season, be in the administrator, SISU or someone else can play at the very least this season at the Ricoh on the same terms as the final 3 games of last season.
as much as we as fans can come on here and slate SISU, and rightfully so, as an 'official' body my feeling is the trust have some level of burden of proof and if they can't supply that it severely weakens their position when talking with other official bodies. I would imagine as far as the FL and the administrator are concerned the trust is coming off as saying don't let SISU take control as we don't like them, would be must more effective to present a body of evidence that is much more difficult to ignore, for the FL in particular.

Psgm 1 I have nothing to do with the Sky Blue trust. Your other thread about proving who owned the golden share proved nothing. Loads of people have tried to explain why in different ways. People have done this because they read what you say and give it consideration. Unlike you who obviously doesn't read anything, either that or you have no ability to comprehend anything. If the Trust are trying to hijack your barking detective work then god help us!

Like people have said before sometimes things that come out of a meeting cannot be made common knowledge for what ever reason there is always a right time for this to be disclosed.
I don't know if this is true in this case as I am not on the board, but a a manager I know how it hurts to sometimes have to keep something close to your chest

Nick, as I have said to u before, I personally would step down tomorrow but the roles we ave is who would want t take all this hassle on and time is not on our side.
